ASSEMBLY AND MOUNTING INSTRUCTION For 31912 Please read the Assembly Instruction sheet carefully before proceeding Carefully unpack and identify all parts prior to building the unit Each part is identified on the drawing for reference DO NOT DISCARD THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING If after careful inspection and you must return the item for any reason Please repack the unit using the original carton and inserts STEP 1 Unpack all the parts and classify them according to the illustration shown at the side Place the parts on a scratch free surface _ Wire Nut STEP 2 Make sure the power is turned off at the iy anaes pox ac Mounting strap junction box where the fixture is to be installed secure the mounting strap to the ceiling junction box using junction box screws CEES an Canopy Knurled Ring H 0 Chain amp Cord STEP 3 Use the wire nuts to connect the positive and negative wires connect the ground wire to C J Loop NX the junction box ground port 4 y g Center Column STEP 4 Secure the canopy to the ceiling with B 4 the knurled ring h Mut i T Threaded Nipple STEP 5 Install the loop to the colum H j o h MW L i STEP 6 Install center pipe and arms to the fixture Hf erie with nut and ball nut as shown WA a STEP 7 Install the tempered glass by using the Wa i rubber washer and the cap nu2. t i Arm H Sw h oi Cap nut STEP 8 Install the correct bulb not provided Rubber TE Washer STEP 9 Install threaded nipple to the fixture glass a L t4_ E Shade glass washer and nut Secure with bottom P ch i CAUTION Ne Bulbs renee Nipple To reduce the risk of fire use the specified lamp wattage or smaller and bulb type identified on the product ba e ass Wshor eo Nut lt s Bottom Cap Finial CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Do not use polish or cleaners on your product Just wipe clean with a soft cloth CAUTION RISK OF FIRE This product requires installation by a qualified electrician Before installing be sure to read all instructions and TURN THE POWER TO THE ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX OFF
