LLOYDS MARKET BULLETIN REF Y4509 Title Syndicate Constitution SC Files Purpose Advice of change to the file layout for files sent by Market Services to managing agents of syndicates with mixed capital Type Event From Richard Crews Senior Manager Market Services Finance Risk Management amp Operations Date 10 August 2011 Deadline Related links Please note this bulletin will only affect managing agents of syndicates with a mixed capital base Managing agents of wholly aligned or corporate syndicates will not need to change their systems Further to Market Bulletin Y4476 this bulletin is to advise managing agents of the changes required in order to allow them to process Syndicate Constitution SC files through their systems In previous years files have been submitted to agents using the Agents Data Exchange Group ADEG standards however following the re write of the stamp and auction systems future files will be produced in Extensible Mark up Language XML format and managing agents will need to ensure that their systems will accept and read the new file types from September 2011 In order to assist agents Market Services are proposing to supply details of the specification schema for these new files directly to the following software providers Whitespace Software Limited Southdown House Software Limited and WASP Managed Services limited as well as Charles Taylor Insurance Services L
