16. 2 The Support Information window appears with the following information e Status is the current state of the Onsight license e Serial Number e Release Keys are the activation keys you entered if you performed an update The information provided includes Date Version and Key number gt To enter the release key 1 From the Onsight Connect window select Tools gt Enter Release Key 2 Enter the release key information 3 Click OK to close the window Librestream Onsight Connect User Manual Answering amp Initiating Calls 5 Answering amp Initiating Calls Before you can answer or initiate a call you must be logged into Onsight Connect and be able to communicate with an Onsight endpoint through a network Onsight Connect can call multiple Onsight Connect or Onsight Devices or can answer an incoming call from Onsight Connect or Onsight Devices tip A conference call consists of more than two call participants The host of the conference call is the first Onsight Connect user who establishes the connection with two or more call participants tip When initiating a conference call it is important for the Onsight Connect conference host to have the appropriate network bandwidth and performance characteristics since the host s Onsight Connect application will be responsible for mixing the conference audio and restreaming the source video stream to all participants Please contact your Onsight system administrator for the
