User s Manual Manage gt Banamex Own Accounts gt Accounts gt Index Accounts Rejected operation BancaNet Page 1 User s Manual BancaNet Manage gt Banamex Own Accounts gt Accounts gt Page 2 Accounts In this page you can name each of your own third parties Banamex accounts to easily identify them Example Check 123 USD Mom You can also show or hide the accounts you want to be displayed in BancaNet What can find in this page The accounts information is classified in five groups e Cash accounts e Investments e Credit Cards e Credits e Afore Click Expand in each group the accounts detail will be displayed with the following information Account Account description Account number The three last digits of the account number you are consulting Interbank CLABE It is shown for cash accounts Alias Name given to the account to easily identify it Show Account Selection box To give an alias to the accounts do the following 1 The account must be visible so you can give it an alias 2 Click the alias corresponding text box and enter the new alias 3 Click on Save changes located at the end of the page To show or hide accounts 1 To Show accounts e Click on the selection box of the account you want to be displayed in all BancaNet e Click on the button Save changes located at the end of the page 2 Hide accounts e Unmark the selection box of the account you want to hi2. ation you want to make is not within working hours a message will be displayed to program it within regular working hours e Remember that each account s name is your responsibility e You can modify your account s name as many times as you wish In addition e You can make other operations from this page Just click on the desired link that appears in the section What do you want to do e You can use the BancaNet main menu to logout or to seek help at any moment Rejected operation If an error occurred in the operation application a message with the following information will be displayed 1 Transaction s name It shows the name of the transaction you were trying to make 2 Cause Error description 3 What can do Possible solution to the problem A If the suggested solution is not enough you can contact Customer Service at 1226 3990 or 01 800 110 3990 5 Remember to have the code that appears in the message at hand since the executive on the phone will request it to solve your problem more easily You can print this message clicking on the Print button r 6 Click Continue
