7. d location Make sure that sauna base is level If sauna base is not level wood shims are strongly suggested to bring it to a level status Please keep in mind that the power supply on the SELECT line comes from the roof Leave yourself enough room to plug your sauna in once it is assembled We recommend you leave 2 feet to the sides and top to access the roof panels for maintenance and changing interior light bulbs 2 Place the left back panel onto the base of the sauna One person will need to hold onto back panel while the right back panel is being placed into position 3 While the left back panel is being held in position place the right panel into the grooved base and gently raise into position The magnet system will help to pull the panels together 3 2 Place the U clip into the groove on top of the panels to hold them together Once the U clip is installed correctly you can let go of the panels 4 Install front panel by placing it as shown below into the groove at the front of the base Have someone hold the front panel in place while right side panel is being installed 5 Side panels left amp right Attach the right side panel to the front and back panel at the same time The magnet system will help to pull the panels together Place U clips into grooves on top panels to secure them together Repeat the same instructions to attach the left side panel 6 Install the roof panel on top of the walls Gently feed

9. eypads as a single part the control panel keypads computer logic circuits and thermocouple style temperature sensor The inside keypad is strictly and extension of the outside keypad there are no active components on it The keypads are connected together by a ribbon cable The outside keypad has the thermocouple type thermometer attached as well as the ribbon cable which goes to the roof and attaches the control panel to the electrical box Use a Phillips screwdriver the remove the thermocouple bracket 2 screws and free the old thermocouple PJ ex f gt Al sg 21 The inside and outside keypad circuit boards are attached to their respective face plates using four small nuts Remove these nuts using a 6mm nut driver Once you have removed the two circuit boards set them aside Finally reverse the process to reassemble with the new keypads Plug the sauna back in and check all the functions on the keypads One additional tip regarding the mounting of the keypads The circuit boards are clamped between four sets of the 6mm nuts Once the outside or top four nuts are removed along with the circuit board the inside or bottom nuts can be adjusted up and down The height of the inside nuts determined the gap between the circuit board with the switches mounted on it and the membrane over the faceplate which you press against to actuate the switches It the gap is too small a switch will press against the membr
