We respect the intellectual property rights of others We require that information posted by members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it in our sole discretion with or without notice We give you the possibility to evaluate contacts that haven t signed up yet As long as those contacts haven t become members of ID Tree com their profiles are not confirmed meaning that they are not visible to them or to anyone else Those evaluations will only serve you as personal notes about those persons Their names will not show up entirely on your evaluation as long as they haven t confirmed their profiles and trees If not signed up they will not receive any note or mail informing them that they have been evaluated 9 Registration and Account Security D Tree users provide their real names and information and we need your help to keep it that way Here are some Commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account We don t allow any false personal information on ID Tree You will not create an account for anyone other than yourself We don t allow more than one personal account We will not allow you to create more than one account without our permission in case we disable your account We don t allow you the use of ID Tree if you ar2. appeal We don t allow you to use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks except with our prior written permission If you collect information from users you have to obtain their consent make it clear you and not ID Tree are the one collecting their information and send us a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it ID Tree cannot and has not the right to see the content of any ID Trees which are set on private mode neither to oversee or monitor the evaluation process in any form In case of misuse related to you or other persons concerned you give us the right to examine all of the data being related to your profile and is registered or hosted on our servers Privacy Your privacy is so important to us D Tree s policy was designed to make important disclosures about how you can use ID Tree how to share it and what you can share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information Please read our policy and use it to help you make informed decisions You must know the persons you give feedback to on ID Tree or must have met them exchanged in any form or interaction with them written in letters by email forums spoken in direct by Skype SMS by phone video on internet platforms television radio therapy etc before sending any kind of evaluation to them You are entirely responsible for the feedback you give to others that s why thi

NLY between you and the person concerned This content can be shared or published only by the person concerned You don t have any rights or royalties about this content appearing on their profiles even if you contributed to its creation You agree to only provide information and content that you have the right to use and share to ID Tree You agree to be honest and truthful while evaluating people on ID Tree You agree that all of your actions on ID Tree including your identity and your profile will be truthful You are not allowed to use ID Tree to do anything unlawful misleading malicious or discriminatory bully intimidate or harass any user We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about ID Tree but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them just as you have no obligation to offer them When you delete IP content it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer However you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be available to others When you share information others can see copy and use that information Our Services allow you sharing of information such as your profile Information This content that you share or post may be seen by other members or if public by visitors We don t let people know when you give feedback to the others
7. 11. e under 18 Years old You are obligated to keep your contact information accurate and up to date We don t allow you to share your password or in the case of developers your secret key let anyone else access your account or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account We don t allow you to transfer your account including any Page or application you administer to anyone without first getting our written permission If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user s actual name You will inform every person before you invite them to join and use ID Tree and get their approval before sending ID Tree email invitations to them You agree that those invitations are nominal and you give us the right to use your name in the automatic invitation emails that you decide to send to your contacts 10 Safety We do our best to keep ID Tree safe but we cannot guarantee it We need your help to keep ID Tree safe which includes the following commitments by you ID Tree doesn t allow inscriptions of third or other parties for you to use Recruiters employers etc The only user allowed to use an ID Tree account is the creator himself who has to use his own entire name and email in order to assume the right feedback that
12. ee that 1 you must be the Minimum Age defined below or older 2 you must speak the English language to accept and confirm these conditions of use and correctly use id tree com 3 you will only have one ID Tree account which must be in your real name and 4 you are not already restricted by ID Tree from using the Services Minimum Age means a 18 years old for all countries However if law requires that you must be older in order for ID Tree to lawfully provide the Services to you including the collection storage and use of your information then the Minimum Age is such older age The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18 5 Protecting Other People s Rights We respect other people s rights and expect you to do the same We don t allow you to post content or take any action on ID Tree that infringes or violates someone else s rights or otherwise violates the law You promise to only provide information and content that you have the right to share and that is truthful and that your ID Tree profile will be truthful We can remove any content or information you post on ID Tree if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies If you infringe other people s intellectual property rights we will disable your account when appropriate If we remove your content for infringing someone else s copyright and you believe we removed it by mistake we will provide you with an opportunity to
