This message informs you that the new version of Ektron CMS200 will use the old DSN but point it to the new database 16 Once you click OK you will see the next screen This screen informs you that all the site variables are being updated 17 Once the site variables are configured the installation is over and you will be able to access your upgraded Ektron CMS200 Web site Ektron CMS200 Setup Manual Version 1 6 55 Language Update Unlike previous versions of Ektron CMS200 version 1 6 comes installed with complete language support for French and German If you are upgrading from a previous version and are using your old database the translated strings are not include Because of this Ektron has included a utility in the 1 6 installation that will allow you to populate your old database with the translated strings This section will discuss the language upgrade utility and how to use it Upgrading Ektron CMS200 Before you can use the language upgrade utility you must first upgrade your version of Ektron CMS200 to 1 6 For information on this see Upgrading Ektron CMS200 on page 44 During the upgrade if you have opted to keep your previous database proceed with this chapter Accessing the Language Update Utility When the upgrade is complete the language utility will be installed to the following folder C Program Files Ektron CMS200 Utilities When you navigate to that folder you will see a list of

The background color of the 3 panels in the library are controlled by this class Ektron CMS200 Setup Manual Version 1 6 159 Images Application Images To change the look of the application through the use of a company logo or personalized logo there are two images that need to be changed The first image is called workarea_logo gif This image is the logo of the application and presently displays the Ektron CMS200 logo It lives in the application folder under the images directory By changing this image the application can be branded to display any other graphic or logo You must use the same size attributes of 155 pixels wide by 77 pixels high Alternate size attributes will cause the application to look wrong The second image that can be changed is navigation_edit gif This also resides in the application folder This image is used for the left bar in the edit content edit metadata edit summary and add content work areas This image can also be changed but must retain the same size attributes of 128 pixels wide by 500 pixels high There is also on image that makes up the blue gray background at the top of the workarea It is called workarea_back gif The size attributes are 50 pixels wide by 77 pixels high This image cannot be less than 50 pixels wide as Netscape will not repeat it correctly Language Images There are a number of language specific Images that are used at the top of the workarea They resi
