6. clared in your Device List Pressing the ON switch will put the application in Diagnostics Mode You will notice the Device List gets hidden when you turn on Notifications Notification must be off in order to add remove devices from your Device List Item Information Enable Notifications BB Event Time 13 54 07 147 Time 05 199 Command To 10001 1 1 p 4 Event Device a i Data TXT 113 0 14 4 10001 1 1 Time 07 147 Command To 10001 1 1 Data TXT 113 0 13 3 Item Data TXT 113 0 13 3 a Diagnostics When Message happen on the system and match your choices that you made in your Device List you will see the message appear in the Notification List You can clearly see from the entry the time of the event what type of event the DPS of the device and finally the data of the event Sometimes the data especially from Strings and Commands are so long that they can truncate on this screen Pressing an item will bring up a detail screen that will show you the complete information of the event By default only 100 Notification History items are kept once it passes this default size the older events are lost You can go into the Settings Application and increase the size of this history up to 1000 items If the events are scrolling by so fast and you cannot debug the system Simply turn off the switch and scroll through the list to see the items You may turn back on the switch at anytime of course you wil

9. p RT A 3 47 PM eb aL AT amp T A 2 01 PM NetLinyDiago NetLinxDiag by Control Concepts Inc by Control Concepts Inc IP Address 10 0 50 100 ey IP Address ey Connect 10 0 50 114 Connect Connect Connect Selecting a controller from the searched list will assign it to the connection text box and close the search list Since some networks are large and complex your controller may not actually show up in the list Scroll through the list too see all controllers NetLinxDiag has found Pressing the white section in the list will select that IP address for connection If your controller does not show up in the list this does not mean you cannot connect to it just means that more than likely it is not on the same subnet In that case go ahead and manually enter in the controller s IP address and press Connect You will notice that a plus sign button has been displayed next to the IP address of the controller You can actually press the plus sign button and add this controller to your favorites list If a blue star button shows up next to a controllers IP address this is an indication that the controller is already in your favorites list Favorites Favorites are a way for you to manage the controllers that you use every day You will be allowed to store virtually an unlimited amount of controllers in your favorite list To add a controller to your Favorites list press the Plus button that is as
