Term license cannot be converted to Standard licenses Standard License Agreement for Legacy Customers only Standard licenses do not include an Annual Software Maintenance and Version Subscription see page 18 this must be arranged and purchased separately Note that standard licenses will expire in time and are renewed by keeping Annual Software Maintenance and Version Subscription up to date For details please see the Asigra Software License Agreement Term License Agreement Term licenses are licensed to you at 12 month intervals payable up front Term licenses are renewed for 12 months on receipt of each new up front payment Term license fees include an Annual Software Maintenance and Version Subscription see page 18 The annual 12 month fee for Term licenses is based on the TB capacity Note the following e annual fees cannot be refunded Asigra will not provide credit for annual fees processing fees are not charged for annual renewal of license e increased capacity during the 12 month Term is pro rated to the license anniversary date If annual payments are not current Asigra reserves the right to no longer extend the license Note You cannot mix both Term and Standard licenses of Asigra products into a single Asigra DS License Server Asigra Policies v12 0 Revision Date 2012 10 15 Asigra Inc All Rights Reserved Confidential Asigra Licensing Policy Annual Software Maintenance and
