4. by Turbo Air have been defective within this extended time period will at Turbo Airs option be either repaired or replaced with a compressor or compressor parts of similar design and capacity The two 2 year extended compressor warranty applies only to hermetically and semi hermetically sealed parts of the compressor and does not apply to any other parts or components including but not limited to cabinet paint finish temperature control refrigerant metering device driers motor starting equipment fan assembly any other electrical component etcetera 134A 404A COMPRESSOR WARRANTY The five year compressor warranty detailed above will be voided if the following procedure is not carefully adhered to 1 This system contains R134A refrigerant and polyol ester lubricant The Polyol ester lubricant has rapid moisture absorbing qualities If long exposure to the ambient conditions occur the lubricant must be removed and replaced with new Listed below are the approved lubricants for the Tecumseh compressors 1 ICl Emkarate RL 184 2 Emery 2927 A 3 Mobile Artic 22A Failure to comply with recommended lubricant specification will void the compressor warranty 2 Dryer replacement is very important and must be changed when a system is opened for servicing dryer must be used with XH 9 desiccant 3 Micron level vacuums must be achieved to insure low moisture levels in the system 500 microns or lower must obtained What is NOT covered b

Air warrants to the original purchaser of every new Turbo Air refrigerated unit the cabinet and all parts thereof to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three 8 year from the date of original installation or 39 months after shipment date from Turbo Air whichever occurs first Any parts covered by this warranty that are examined and determined by Turbo Air to have been defective within three 3 year of original installation or thirty nine 39 months after shipment date from manufacturer whichever occurs first shall be repaired or replaced as stated below Turbo Air shall be deemed to have fully complied with its obligation under the foregoing warranties by electing either one of the following procedures at the sole discretion of Turbo Air 1 Furnishing a replacement part freight collect in even exchange for the returned part freight collect 2 Receiving the defective part freight collect repairing it and returning it freight collect ADDITIONAL TWO YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY In addition to the three 3 year warranty stated above Turbo Air warrants its hermetically and semi hermetically sealed compressor to be free from defects in both material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two 2 additional years from the date of original installation but not to exceed five 5 years and three 3 months after shipment from manufacturer Compressors determined
6. ace any object that will restrict air flow in front or back grills Turbo air highly recommends that there is ample space in rear of unit 3 inches or more is best 2 PLACE ON STRONG GROUND Be sure the location chosen has a floor strong enough to support the total weight of the cabinet and contents 3 DO NOT PLACE NEAR HEAT Be sure to avoid hot corners and locations near stoves High ambient temperature will make cooling efficiency lower 4 INDOOR USAGE ONLY Be sure to install this unit indoor so it will not get wet from the rain 5 STABILIZING Make sure the unit Is installed in a stable condition 6 LEVELING Be sure that the unit is level from front to back and side to side 7 DO NOT PLUG IN WITH OTHER UNITS ON SAME BREAKER 8 DO NOT RUN ON EXTENSION CORD CLEANING Before cleaning turn unit off at power switch 1 CLEANING THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR The interior and exterior of the unit can be cleaned using warm water with soap Do not use an abrasive cleaner because it will scratch the surface 2 CLEANING THE CONDENSER FINS To maintain proper refrigeration performance the Condenser coil must be free of dust dirt and grease This will require periodic cleaning Condenser fins should be cleaned at least every three months 90 days or as needed To clean condenser unplug at power cord Condenser can be cleaned with vacuum brush or CO2 high pressure air 3 CLEAN THE DRAIN PAN Empty the Drain P

10. r service purpose INSTALLATION OF THE BOTTOM SHELVES 1 Before adding cans or bottles to cooler please install bottom shelves 2 Then install dividers see page 4 Note The size and quantities of the bottom shelves can be different according to model number INSTALLATION OF THE DIVIDERS 1 To re position divider push back wards 2 Spring in back of divider point C will be shorten to about 1 2 inch 3 Front of divider will be able to remove from point A and B 4 Position divider in the hole point C where you would like it 5 Push divider back wards 6 Insert front of divider in the holes point A and B where you would like it Note The shape and quantities of the dividers can be different according to model number INSTALLATION OF THE OPENER KIT 1 Bottle opener kit is inside cabinet 2 On the front outside wall of bottle cooler there are screws 3 Hook the opener kit onto the screws like drawing 1 4 Push down so head of screw will insert into smaller opening like drawing 2 5 To detach it follow above list in the reverse order HOW TO USE THE BOTTLE OPENER 1 In direction of arrow 2 Grip the bottle tightly so it will not fall on removing cap 3 The cap will drop to bottom of opener case 4 When opener case is full separate from cabinet 5 Turn opener case over to empty INSTALLATION 1 GOOD AIR CIRCULATION Do not pl
