CLENAWARE SYSTEMS Replacing the Air Filter e Itis recommended that the air filter is replaced every six months or sooner if the drying performance deteriorates The filter is fitted to the underside of the Airack unit retained by a clip on filter frame Filter Frame Filter e Air Filter Replacement e Disconnect the Airack from the electrical supply e Carry out the Daily Cleaning Procedure e Carefully invert the Airack to give access to the Filter e With care unclip the Filter Frame lift up and replace the Filter e Position the new filter centrally over the air intake e Retain the filter by carefully clipping the frame back into position Filter in Position Filter Frame Clipped Into Position www clenaware co uk CLENAWARE SYSTEMS Daily Maintenance Cleaning the Airack Step 1 e Isolate the electrical supply and remove the Cover from the Base Lift Off the Cover T Step 2 e Clean the top of the cover using a damp cloth e Clean the underside of the top cover using a damp cloth paying particular attention to the air nozzles and base mating surfaces e Do not use proprietary cleaning agents e The odours will contaminate the glasses www clenaware co uk CLENAWARE YSTEMS Step 3 e Use a damp cloth to clean the Airflow Area Do not use proprietary cleaning agents in the Airflow Area The odours will contaminate the glassware e Clean the Drain Funnel using

3. lit The drying action is achieved by drawing in air from the base of the unit and blowing this air onto the glasses using a matrix of air nozzles The cooling action is achieved by the velocity of air passing over the glasses reducing the glass temperature to just below ambient At the end of the drying cycle the unit will automatically switch off indicated by the neon going out When the drying cycle is complete remove the basket of clean dry glasses for immediate use or to storage www clenaware co uk CLENAWARE SYSTEMS Standard Baskets e The top of the Airack incorporates a moulded recess to locate the 400 450 or 500mm sq basket dependant on the Airack model centrally over the matrix of air nozzles Recess for Basket Compartmented Baskets e Good results will be provided when using standard racks however for best drying performance and optimum glass care use the Clenaware 400 450 500mm sq compartmented glass racks e Clenaware compartmented baskets tilt the glass at 712 from horizontal This is to aid the drying process e When placed onto the Airack the glasses will be angled at a further 732 resulting with a total glass angle of 15 to the horizontal AE 15 _ Front 7 R 5 i Important Place the compartmented Basket onto the Airack orientated so that the glasses are tilted towards you to give the maximum angle www clenaware co uk
