3. backrest can be tilted by loosening the Unbrako screws on the back plate and adjusting it to the desired angle Remember to tighten the screws again securely The height of the backrest can also be adjusted by loosen ing the Unbrako screws lt 4 BRAKE VELA Tango 300 has a central brake that is activated by means of a handle on the right or left The handbrake is pushed forward to lock the wheels and back to unlock them 4 ARMREST The armrests are attached with Unbrako screws as standard but attachment with hand screws is also available ADJUSTMENT OF HEIGHT The height of the armrests can be adjusted by loosening the Unbrako screws on each armrest Remember to tighten them again securely ADJUSTMENT OF WIDTH The width of the armrests can be adjusted by loosening the Unbrako screws under the seat Remember to tighten them again securely NOTE The armrest can be adjusted until the red label marked STOP lt CHARGING THE BATTERY It is recommended that VELA Tango 300E be recharged dai ly when the height function is in use a tone will be emitted if the battery is too low The chair is recharged by plugging the charging unit into the socket on the chair The socket is located at the back on the right side under the seat A yellow LED lamp on the charging unit lights up while the chair is charging When the charging is complete a green lamp lights up WARNING The chair must not be used while recharging The charg
