6. 20 12 04 28 41 Morell MAINTENANCE CUCCIOLO 4 7 4 RUDDER BAR FUNCTIONING The rudder bar of this scrubber machine is composed by gt Accelerator pedal see detail nr 4 in picture nr 4 9 by means of the forward backward lever and the accelerator pedal the machine moves forward or backward The accelerator pedal activates all the machine moving parts This is why the brushes and the suction motor are activated pressing the accelerator pedal and their switches on the dashboard the contrary the accelerator pedal can t activate the solution solenoid valve which has to be opened and closed by the operator gt Service brake see details nr 1 3 and 5 in picture nr 4 9 it has to slow and stop the machine If the operator wants to set the service brake on he she has to press the service brake pedal see detail nr 1 in picture nr 4 9 If he she wants to release the service brake he she has to press both the brake pedal and the release pedal sse details nr 1 and 2 in picture 4 9 and press the release knob see detail nr 5 in picture nr 4 9 gt Steering wheel regulation see detail nr 2 in picture nr 4 9 the operator has to pull up the lever to loose the steering wheel and pull backward or push onward the steering wheel in order to have a driving position which fits his her body Then the operator has to release the lever 4 7 5 DETERGENT CONTROL During the washing the operator can control the detergent
