1. equipment for the user Particular consideration should be given to the risk of entrapment To Fit Bed Support 120 Your Bed Support may be supplied either assembled or unassembled If your Bed Support is received unassembled follow these instructions I Remove the E Clips from the U shaped metal bar Push the ends of the bar in the holes of the wooden base making sure that the pinewood block is on the underside and that the rail has been fitted through the pinewood base first The plywood base 1s the top 3 Replace the E clips and adjust to the height required Slide the base of the Bed Support between the bed base and the mattress making sure that it 1s fitted at the appropriate position for the user to get maximum benefit N B The board position should be checked and adjusted regularly To Fit Bed Support With Straps 120S NO eer aie The product will always be supplied with the straps fitted Assemble as above then Remove the mattress from the bed Place the Bed Support in position This should be the most comfortable and practical position for the user If in doubt about the position consult your Occupational Therapist NB The short straps should hang down the side of the bed Pass the long straps across the top of the bed down the side and back under the bed Secure the buckles see figures 2 amp 3 These straps will fit double or single beds Shorten the male ends of the straps adjusting thro
