4. rRetrieve most appropriate test results for planned test datesoButton On Visit Screen The Retrieve most appropriate test results for planned test datesdbutton on the Interventions tab for the current Visit can now be used to update all Intervention records on that Visit with the latest relevant test result held within the Dawn database In previous versions clicking on this button Caused an error Reset Button Removed From Phases Tab On Treatment Plan Screen This reset button has been removed from the Phases tab on the Treatment Plan screen to avoid confusion as this action should not be performed during normal operation of DAWN Version 75 00 Page 46 of 47 01 05 2014 Clinical __ RELEASE NOTES AV Framework Strictly Confidential Outstanding Issues Induction The Induction Transfer dialog should be displayed when you authorise a dose on or after the Induction Protocol transfer day if the patient is still on Induction therapy However if you fail to respond to a alert against the INR dose INR date or next test date DAWN AC prevents you from accepting or authorising the dose until you have responded to the alert Once you have either rectified the error or clicked on the to confirm the data is correct you can Authorise the dose successfully However in this case the Induction Transfer dialog is not displayed You can still switch a patient to maintenance therapy by changing their selected Therapy in their Treatment Plan Team

17. v7 9 31 Changes Affecting the Clinical Framework Base System Fix to fault with custom modules that update the Patient Screen The non VKA module for managing novel anticoagulants such as dabigatran and the recent add on for Rheumatology which looks up the current DMARD and or Anti TNF drugs from the drugs tab and displays these on the main patient screen both make use of custom modules In previous versions these modules could occasionally report a spurious error Object does not support this property or method pContext webformoor rObject does not support this property or method pContext dataseta We have rewritten the way that the custom modules are invoked to prevent this from happening Changes Affecting the Chronic Disease Monitoring Base Module Support for the new rivaroxaban module The non VKA module for managing novel anticoagulants has been updated to support the initiation assessment and follow up review for rivaroxaban therapy You can buy the rivaroxaban and dabigatran modules as individual add ins to your main system Version 7 9 31 includes some small behind the scenes enhancements to support some of the rivaroxaban specific features What s New In DAWN CF v7 9 30 Changes Affecting the Clinical Framework Base System New Drug Local Code Field A new local code can now be entered for each drug in DAWN This is intended to hold the code from your own hospital computer systems and is used by the optional medications i
18. with that drug template must be between those minimum and maximum values Enhancements To Drugs Within Therapy Templates Previously it was possible to carry forward doses within a patient record using an Guto repeatd checkbox on the Patientintervention screen This feature has been replaced by settings on the TherapyTemplate screen to allow doses to be chosen and carried forward for all patients on such a therapy Default Drug Template On Drug Intervention Templates One of the drug templates for the selected drugs can be chosen as the default set of doses for patients on this therapy dRemember Dose Given Last Time For PatientOSetting On Drug Intervention Templates If the setting Remember Dose Given Last Time For Patientdis selected then any patients on this therapy will have the dosing information automatically set to the values used in the patient previous set of results within the current treatment plan Enhancements When Entering Drug Doses For A Patient Version 75 00 Selection and approval of a drug dose has been simplified by several screen enhancements including the removal of all unused fields allowing the frequency and duration fields to be optionally hidden and the addition of onscreen help Selection Of Drug Instructions lf the selected drug template has instruction lines defined then an initial instruction line can be selected from a drop down list on either the Patientintervention screen or on the Interventions
