TTANCE ADVICES PLAIN PAPER REMITTANCE ADVICES CHEQUE FORMS REMITTANCE ADVICES and CHEQUES Select Job O RETURN TO THE JOB MENU These three jobs produce the remittance advices and cheques and post the cheques to the cash book After entering the branch and bank codes the following screen is displayed for entry Select the printer that the remittance advices are to print on If there are creditors posting batches in the system that have not been printed then you will have to select a creditors remittance advice posting batch otherwise the system will assign the next available batch If you attach to an existing remittance advice batch the system will ask whether to clear the previous remittance advice run After the remittance advices are run the remittance advice posting batch becomes a cash payment posting batch A batch will only remain as a remittance advice batch if the remittance advices are stopped by the operator If you intend starting from where you stopped then do not clear the previous remittance advice run Account Type lt RETURN gt All Select the account type or press AD for all creditors Individual Creditor Select whether to list all creditors or individual creditors If individual creditors is selected then you will have to enter the account codes of the creditors you wish to list Remittance Advice Date Enter the remittance advice date NATSOFT USER MANUALS Application CASH BOOK SYSTEM P
