28. ystems AMC Payment will be made once in a quarter after satisfactory completion of service during the period The Bank shall have the option to terminate the service contract any time during the contract period by giving a written notice of 3 months without assigning any reason thereof However the contractor shall commit himself to the service contract for a minimum period of 5 years unless the service contract is terminated by the Bank and bidder will have no right to terminate the contract within this period Bank reserve rights to forfeit the Security Deposit deposited by the vendor in case of any breach deviations from the vendor side on any service related issues or any breach in the contact during AMC period There should be a preventive maintenance during the AMC period such preventive maintenance should be at least once in three months Local Support The bidder should be capable of meeting the service amp support standards Service support should be available during all Bank working days hours Software Drivers and Manuals The supplier shall supply along with each Machine ordered all the related documents and necessary media of the software loaded in the machine without any additional cost The media and documents shall be in English These will include but not restricted to User Manual Operation Manual Other Software and Drivers etc All related documents manuals catalogues and information f
