USER MANUAL ZT 0500B SC MOBILE COMMODE CHAIR FEATURES Quality mobile commode chair made of chrome steel frame swing away padded arms 2 locking rear wheels and easy to remove plastic commode pail Comes with detachable padded vinyl seat and swing away footrests Seat width 45 6cm 18 x 40 6cm 16 Seat height 53cm 21 Maximum user weight 135kg 21 stone Net weight 17kg 37 21bs ASSEMBLY 1 Take the parts out of the packaging 2 Apply the brakes on the rear wheels so that the frame does not move 3 Remove the two black transit plugs out of frame and insert the backrest 4 Screw in the securing locking black knobs on the back of the frame to secure the backrest to the base Swing the armrests up from the bottom Pull out the black knob so that you can lock the armrests into position on the front of the chair Place the pail tray and pail onto the seat frame Fit the padded seat on top of the pail tray Fit the footrests over the two pins on front of the mobile commode at right angles swing the footrests around till they lock into position 10 To remove empty the pail lift off the padded seat and slide out the pail from the rear of the chair 11 Your mobile commode is now ready for use a WARNING 1 Always apply the brakes before use 2 Always make sure the footrests are locked in position 3 Always make sure the armrests are locked in position MAINTENANCE 1 Periodically check that the casto2. rs are free and in good order and that the swivels are free 2 Check all the nuts and bolts are tight Please ensure that this leaflet is read and understood before using your Commode Z Tec Mobility Unit 1B Albion Works Moor Street Brierley Hill West Midlands DY5 3SZ April 07 01
