When you select the symbol a in the submenu above the directory tree you are asked whether you really wish to delete the form If you confirm with yes the form is irrevocably deleted Attention When you select the symbol x in the navigation bar above the form the entire monitoring plan is deleted Note If the deleted form has subforms then these are also deleted e g the subform Measurement device is also deleted when the superordinated form Measurements Uncertainty is deleted 3 5 NOTES ON DATA ENTRY There are several functions that assist you with the data entry when editing a monitoring plan The different types of boxes for data entry are described in chapter 2 1 4 The data entry boxes are presented in two different shades of grey The dark grey boxes can be edited while the light grey boxes are filled in automatically with data from other forms and therewith data cannot be entered directly The application provides so called Tooltips for the dark grey boxes 3 5 1 Data Entry in a Newly Created Monitoring Plan After you have selected the menu item Create Monitoring Plan a new empty monitoring plan is generated When a new plan is created the first page of the form Identification is displayed 55 13 55 55 automatically The forms Identification Aircraft Operator Legal Representative Contact Monitoring 1 Aircraft Fleet Aircraft Type Data management as
