1. 1 Press the lock button of factory remote 2 Passive arming 3 Auto re arm 1 Press the lock button of factory remote The operation is as follows 1 With ignition off 2 The N O immobiliser will be on if connected 3 AED will function within 20 or 30 sec depending on the setting of option 3 4 Close all the doors boot and bonnet properly 5 Press the lock button of factory remote to lock the doors 6 The lights will flash and siren horn chirp depending on the setting of option 1 7 The N C immobiliser will be on if connected 8 The windows will roll up depending on the car itself and the setting of option 9 9 The status LED flashes slowly to confirm the system is armed The doors will be protected after 5 25 40 60 sec of system arming depending on the setting of option 4 if any door is not closed properly the siren horn will chirp an additional 3 times to warn within 5 25 40 60 sec of system arming and the doors will not be protected until they are closed properly If the boot bonnet is not closed properly then the siren horn will chirp additional 3 times when arming the system and the boot or bonnet will not be protected until closed properly 2 Passive arming If the passive arming is programmed to Mode or Mode ll the system will be armed in 30 180 sec depending on the setting of option 6 The operations are as follows 1 With ignition off 2 The N O immobiliser will be on if connected 3 AED wi2. 3. chirp 2 times to indicate the current code is 2 if the default code is 1 5 Within 2 sec press the valet switch once the siren will chirp 3 times to indicate the current code is 3 6 Within 2 sec press the valet switch once the siren will chirp 4 times to indicate the current code is 4 7 Then 2 sec later the siren will sound for 1 sec to confirm the code has been changed to 4 8 Within 10 sec press the valet switch to select next feature for programming or the system will leave the programming mode and the siren will sound for 2 sec to confirm The system will leave the programming mode as follows 1 Turn the ignition off or close the door during programming 2 If the valet switch is not pressed within 2 sec or 10 sec
4. and the system will arm in 30 or 180 sec 4 The Auxiliary Output will activate as per the setting of feature 9 Opening the door boot or bonnet will interrupt the countdown until closed again 3 chirp Mode ll The operation of Mode ll is exactly same as Mode I but the Auxiliary Output won t activate Option 6 Passive arming timer 1 chirp 30 sec The system will enter arm mode 30 sec after closing the last opened door boot or bonnet with ignition off 2 chirp 180 sec The system will enter arm mode 180 sec after closing the last opened door boot or bonnet with ignition off Option 7 Auto rearm 2 chirp Enable When enabled the system will arm itself again 30 sec after disarming if none of the doors boot or bonnet are opened Option 8 Alarm duration 1 chirp 30 sec The siren horn will sound for 30 sec each cycle when the system is triggered 2 chirp 60 sec The siren horn will sound for 60 sec each cycle when the system is triggered Option 10 Override code Follow the steps below to program the override code For example Programming 4 as the new override code 1 Enter the programming mode 2 Within 10 sec press the valet switch 10 times to select feature 10 the siren will chip once for each press of the valet switch 3 After 2 sec the siren will chirp 10 times to confirm the feature 10 is selected for programming 4 Within 2 sec press the valet switch once the siren will
5. es the lights will flash an additional 2 times and the LED will flash to indicate the triggered zone as follows Triggered Zone Led Indication 2 sensor trigger LED flashes one Boot Bonnet trigger LED flashes 3 times Door trigger LED flashes 4 times Ignition trigger LED flashes 5 times The trigger memory will be erased once the ignition is turned on 2 Override the system If the factory remote becomes lost or malfunctions the system still can be disarmed by override as follows 1 With the system alarmed 2 Turn the ignition on 3 After 2 sec the LED starts to flash 10 times slowly 4 Press the valet switch once after the LED flashes a number of times equal to the override code Default code 1 5 The system will be overridden and will enter disarm mode Wait for 3 minutes and then operate again after 3 times of incorrect operation 03 Status LED indications The status LED will indicate the system status as follows Led Indication System Status Slow Flash Armed Fast flash Auto rearm or Passive arming Solid on Valet mode No Light Disarmed 04 Temporary sensor bypass If necessary the sensor can be bypassed temporarily as follows 1 Turn the ignition off and then open the door 2 Press the valet switch until the lights flash once to confirm the 1 stage of sensors is bypassed 3 Press the valet switch until the lights flash twice to confirm the sensors are bypassed entirely The function w
6. he system as follows 2 chirp Flash Setting this feature to Flash will make the lights flashing once when arming and twice when disarming 3 chirp Horn This feature will make the car horn honking once when arming and twice when disarming 4 chirp Siren This feature will make the siren chirp once when arming and twice when disarming 4 chirp Siren Flash This feature will have the siren chirp once and lights flash once when arming and twice when disarming Option 3 Auto engine disable AED This feature offers the car more security by disabling the starter operation is as follows 2 chirp Mode 1 Turn the ignition off 2 The status LED starts to flash 3 20 sec later the AED will be active and the LED turns off to confirm 4 Turning the ignition on or pressing the unlock button of the factory remote within 20 sec will cancel the countdown and the LED will be off to confirm 5 To start the countdown again simply turn the ignition on then off and the LED will flash to confirm 6 Press the remote to arm the system during the 20 sec countdown to activate the AED immediately To deactivate the AED When disarming the system the AED will remain on and the only way to deactivate the AED is to operate the override 3 chirp Mode ll 1 Turn the ignition off 2 The status LED starts to flash 3 30 sec later the AED will be on and LED turns off to confirm 4 Turning the ignition on or pressing the unlock butt
7. ill deactivate after turning the ignition on 05 Valet mode Valet mode is a convenient feature to use when handing the remote to third person for valet parking or vehicle service and the operation is as follows 1 Turn the ignition on with the system disarmed 2 Within 10 sec press the valet switch for 5 sec and the LED will turn on solid to confirm the system is in valet mode To quit valet mode follow the 2 methods as follows 1 Operate the steps to enter the valet mode again the LED will turn off to confirm 2 The system will quit the valet mode automatically after 30 minutes of turning the ignition on In valet mode the system can t enter the programming mode and the AED won t be activated Deactivate the AED before the system enters valet mode otherwise the engine won t be able to start in valet mode 06 System trigger and alarm 1 18 stage of sensor trigger The siren will chirp 3 times and lights flash once when the 1 stage of the sensor is triggered 2 2 stage of sensor trigger 1 The siren will sound for 1 cycle 2 The lights will flash for 1 cycle 3 The LED will flash 4 The 2 stage of the sensor will be bypassed after 3 sequential activations until the trigger is cleared 3 Boot or bonnet trigger opened then closed 1 The siren will sound for 1 cycle 2 The lights will flash for 1 cycle 3 The LED will flash 4 Boot or bonnet trigger opened then not closed 1 The siren w
8. ill sound for 3 cycles 2 The lights will flash for 3 cycles 3 The LED will flash 4 After the 3 cycles the boot bonnet switch will be bypassed until the boot or bonnet is closed properly 5 Door trigger opened and then closed 1 The siren will sound for 1 cycle 2 The lights will flash for 1 cycle 3 The LED will flash 6 Door trigger opened and not closed 1 The siren will sound for 3 cycles 2 The lights will flash for 3 cycles 3 The LED will flash 4 After the 3 cycles the door trigger will be bypassed until the doors are all cosed properly 7 Ignition trigger on and then off 1 The siren will sound for 1 cycle 2 The lights will flash for 1 cycle 3 The LED will flash 8 Ignition trigger on and not off 1 The siren will sound for 3 cycles 2 The lights will flash for 3 cycles 3 The LED will flash 4 After the 3 cycles the ignition trigger will be bypassed until the ignition is turned off 1 cycle 30 or 60 sec depending on the setting of option 9 07 Trigger and alarm clear To clear the system during alarming do one of the following 1 Press the lock button 2 Press the unlock button 3 Override 1 Press the lock button of factory remote When the system is triggered and alarmed press the lock button once the siren and lights will deactivate and the system remains armed 2 Press the unlock button of factory remote When the system is triggered and alarmed press the unlock b

10. on of factory remote within the 30 sec will cancel the countdown and the LED will be off to confirm 5 To start the countdown again simply turn the ignition on then off and the LED will flash to confirm 6 Press the remote to arm the system during the 30 sec countdown to activate the AED immediately To deactivate the AED There are 2 way to deactivate the AED in mode ll as follows 1 Press the unlock button to disarm the system the AED will be deactivated at the same time By override When AED is activated the system can t enter the following modes e Code learning e Programming of the optional features e Hazard lights learning e Valet mode The differences between Mode and Mode ll e In Mode l the system will enter AED mode 20 sec after turning the ignition off e In Mode ll the system will entry AED mode 30 sec after turning the ignition off e In Mode l the AED won t be deactivated after disarming the system by pressing the unlock button of factory remote and can only be deactivated by using the override e In Mode ll the AED will be deactivated when disarming the system by pressing the unlock button of the factory remote Operating the override will also deactivate the AED DP Option 5 Passive arming When enabled the system will arm as follows 2 chirp Mode The operation is as follows 1 Turn the ignition off 2 Close the doors boot and bonnet properly 3 LED starts to flash fast

12. utton once the siren and lights will deactivate Then the lights will flash additional 3 times siren horn will chirp additional 4 times and LED will flash to indicate the last triggered zone and the system enters disarm mode The trigger memory will be erased after the ignition is turned on 3 Override the system Overriding the system will deactivate the siren and lights and the system will enter disarm mode 08 Remote boot open With system armed press the factory remote to open the boot where applicable the system won t be triggered and alarmed but will remain in arm mode The boot will be protected after it is closed again B System Programming 01 Setting the optional features Follow the steps below to program the optional features 1 With the system disarmed and ignition off 2 Open the door and turn the ignition on 3 Press the valet switch 3 times within 10 sec 4 The siren will sound for 2 sec to confirm the system is in programming mode Reset all optional features back to the factory default Within 10 sec press and hold the valet switch until the siren sounds for 2 sec Programming example To set option 5 to Mode l 1 Press the valet switch 5 times within 10 sec and the siren will chip once after each press of the valet switch 2 After 2 sec the siren will chirp 5 times to confirm that feature 5 is selected for setting 3 Within 10 sec press the valet switch until the siren chirp 2 time
