L Feed the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE through the LEFT INNER HANDLEBAR COVER as shown Replace the LEFT INNER HANDLEBAR COVER onto the ERGO CROSSBAR NOTE Be careful not to pinch the LIFEPULSE CABLE when replacing the LEFT INNER HANDLEBAR COVER Position the ERGO CROSSBAR between the HANDLEBARS Connect the 2 PIN LIFEPULSE CONNECTORS Secure the ERGO CROSSBAR in place using the four previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS securely NOTE Be careful not to pinch the LIFEPULSE CABLE when replacing the ERGO CROSSBAR Position the RIGHT OUTER HANDLEBAR COVER near the right end of the ERGO CROSSBAR Secure it to the RIGHT INNER HANDLEBAR cover using two previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS securely First routing the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE forward along the HANDLEBAR as shown position and secure the LEFT INNER and OUTER HANDLEBAR COVERS Tighten the SCREWS securely Secure the REMOTE CONTROL to the left end of the ERGO CROSSBAR as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the remaining REMOTE CONTROL CABLE along the edge of the LEFT UPRIGHT up through the cable guide and through to the top of the DISPLAY CONSOLE Locate the COAXIAL CABLE and FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER Attach the FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE Locate the POWER SUPPLY and POWER CORD EXTENSION CABLE KIT Attach the POWER CORD EXTEN SION as instructed in the kit Using a Flexib
2. 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 Position the MONOCOLUMN COUPLER near the bottom of the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY Position the MAIN WIRE HARNESS POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE alongside the MONOCOLUMN COUPLER Position the previously removed MONOCOLUMN COUPLER SHROUD over all cables and secure the SHROUD in place using the two previously removed SCREWS Be careful not to pinch any of the cables when re installing the MONOCOLUMN COUPLER SHROUD Place THE MONOCOLUMN COUPLER back into position on the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY and secure it using the four removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 28 32 ft lbs Lift the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY into its upright position near the top of the LOWER MONO COLUMN Feed any excess cables into the LOWER MONOCOLUMN and insert the UPPER MONOCOL UMN ASSEMBLY into the LOWER MONOCOLUMN Secure the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY using the four removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 15 20 ft lbs Be careful not to pinch any of the cables when re installing the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY Locate the SPACER With the SPACER oriented as shown feed all the previously removed CONNEC TORS power supply cord and coaxial cable through the large center hole in the SPACER Slide the SPAC ER onto the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE making sure the top of the SPACER hooks over the top of the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Align the mounting holes of the SPACER and DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING
3. 26 Reverse STEPS 1 and 2 to return the SEAT POST SHROUDS and RIGHT CRANK ARM to their proper posi tions Tighten the CRANK ARM SCREWS to 15 20 ft lbs INSTALLATION MODELS 9500HR 9100 8500 95R1 93R 90R RECUMBENT EXERCISE BIKES Toots REQUIRED Phillips Screwdriver Side Cutters 1 8 Allen Wrench T 20 Torx Driver T 30 Torx Driver Flexible Fish Tape 1 Remove the three SCREWS securing the user RIGHT CRANK ARM Set the SCREWS and CRANK ARM aside 2 Remove the two SCREWS securing the REAR CAP to the SEAT EXTRUSION Remove the REAR CAP and set it and the SCREWS aside 3 Remove the seven SCREWS securing the RIGHT SHROUD to the LEFT SHROUD Set the SCREWS and SHROUD aside 4 Remove the four SCREWS securing the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Carefully raise the DISPLAY CONSOLE from the MOUNTING PLATE and disconnect all CONNECTORS Note the locations of all CONNECTORS Set the DISPLAY CONSOLE and SCREWS aside 5 Locate the COAXIAL CABLE and FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER Attach the FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE 6 With the POWER SUPPLY and the female connector end of the COAXIAL CABLE located near the FRONT STABILIZER route the cables together along the FRAME as shown using CABLE TIES at the locations indi cated The cables should be taught secure and free of the alternator and any moving parts Secure the POWER SUPPLY to the FRONT STABILIZER using two CABLE TIES as shown Be s

Do not pinch any wires when assembling the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the MOUNTING BRACKET Attach the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE to the UPPER MOUNTING PLATE using four SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtighten the SCREWS Connect the COAXIAL CABLE POWER CABLE and REMOTE CABLE to the rear of the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE as shown under Console Cable Connections at the end of this section CABLE TIE any excess cable together behind the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE and position the cables between the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE BRACKET and the DISPLAY CONSOLE 15 INSTALLATION MopeLs 97X1 95X1 93X 90X CROSS TRAINERS TooLs REQUIRED Phillips Screwdriver Side Cutters T 45 Torx Wrench Flexible Fish Tape 1 10 11 12 16 Locate the COAXIAL CABLE and FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER Attach the FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE Remove the two SCREWS securing the ACCESSORY TRAY to the CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Carefully raise theACCESSORY TRAY from the MONOCOLUMN and set it and the SCREWS aside Carefully remove the TOP CAP by squeezing inward on the sides and lifting upward Discard the TOP CAP Remove the two SCREWS securing the DISPLAY COSOLE SUPPORT COVER to the DISPLAY COSOLE SUPPORT Set the DISPLAY COSOLE SUPPORT COVER and SCREWS aside Remove the four SCREWS securing the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Carefully raise the DISPLAY CONSOLE from the MOUNTING PLATE and discon

FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE Locate the POWER SUPPLY and POWER CORD EXTENSION CABLE KIT Attach the POWER CORD EXTEN SION as instructed in the kit Using a Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end up through the MOTOR PAN HOLE LEFT UPRIGHT and out the LEFT HANDLEBAR Using the Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end up through the LEFT HANDLEBAR and out the LEFT ACCESS HOLE located at the top of the LEFT HANDLEBAR near the console edge along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS Secure the POWER CORD and COAXIAL CABLE in the MOTOR COMPARTMENT using two CABLE TIES at the locations shown 13 14 15 16 17 18 20 Starting approximately 1 2 from the top center of the REAR CONSOLE Create a 1 2 wide by 3 8 deep notch in the REAR CONSOLE top Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HORIZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V installation Secure the REMOTE CON TROL to the left end of the ERGO CROSSBAR as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE along the LEFT HANDLEBAR Secure the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE using two CABLE TIES in the locations shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the remaining REMOTE CONTROL CABLE along the handlebar and up through the DISPLAY CONSOLE ACCESS PANEL With th

CD MOUNTING BRACKET With the mountin holes in the tube facing downward slide the tube portion of the LCD CONSOLE MOUNTING BRACKET into the top of the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Align the inserts in the tube with the mouting holes on the underside of the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Secure the LCD MOUNTING BRACKET using tow SCREWS Tighten the screws securely CAUTION Do not to pinch and cables when inserting the LCD MOUNTING BRACKET into the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Position the DISPLAY CONSOLE near the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT and re connect all CONNEC TORS to the rear of the DISPLAY CONSOLE Place the DISPLAY CONSOLE onto the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT and secure it using the four previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtighten the SCREWS CAUTION Do not pinch any wires when assembling the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Position the ACCESSORY TRAY at the top of the MONOCOLUMN Carefully slide the ACCESSORY TRAY into the MONOCOLUMN and secure it using the two previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtighten the SCREWS NOTE Feed any excess REMOTE CONTROL CABLE into the MONOCOLUMN CAUTION Do not pinch any wires when inserting the ACCESSORY TRAY into the MONOCOLUMN Attach the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE to the UPPER MOUNTING PLATE using four SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtighten the SCREWS Connect the COAXIAL CABLE POWER CABLE and REMOTE CABLE to t

NTING PLATE Carefully raise the DISPLAY CONSOLE from the MOUNTING PLATE and disconnect all CONNECTORS Note the locations of all CONNECTORS Set the DISPLAY CONSOLE and SCREWS aside 5 Remove the lower four MONOCOLUMN SCREWS Carefully raise the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEM BLY from the LOWER MONOCOLUMN Without straining the MAIN WIRE HARNESS pivot the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY downward and set it next to the BASE unit as shown 6 Remove the four UPPER MONOCOLUMN SCREWS and remove THE MONOCOLUMN COUPLER Remove the two SCREWS securing one side of the MONOCOLUMN COUPLER SHROUD as shown 7 Locate the COAXIAL CABLE and FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER Attach the FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE 8 With the POWER SUPPLY and the female connector end of the COAXIAL CABLE located near the FRONT STABI LIZER route the cables together along the FRAME as shown using CABLE TIES at the locations indicated The cables should be taught secure and free of the alternator and any moving parts Secure the POWER SUPPLY to the FRONT STABILIZER using two CABLE TIES as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES 9 Using a Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end through the UPPER MONOCOLUMN ASSEM BLY along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS Leave approximately 12 of both cables extending from the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE INSTALLATION

PLATE Locate the MOUNTING BRACKET With the MOUNT ING BRACKET oriented as shown feed all the CON NECTORS through the large center hole in the MOUNTING BRACKET Route the power supply cord and coaxial cable through the channel located at the top of the spacer Align the LOCATING TABS of the MOUNTING BRACKET with the tab slots and position the MOUNTING BRACKET into the center channel of the SPACER Slide the MOUNTING BRACKET upward until it locks solidly in the SPACER Secure the MOUNTING BRACKET to the SPACER using two FLAT HEAD SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS secure ly Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HORIZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V installation Remove the four SCREWS securing the TOP POLAR COVER to the BOTTOM POLAR COVER and remove the TOP POLAR COVER Locate the provided new TOP POLAR COVER with mounting slots Carefully pull the lead end of each CABLE TIE until the receptor end meets the bottom of the REMOTE CONTROL Feed both lead ends of the CABLE TIES throught the bottom mounting slots of the TOP POLAR COVER as shown Loop the lead ends of the CABLE TIES upward through the top mounting slots Feed the CABLE TIES through until the bottom of the REMOTE CONTROL contacts the TOP POLAR COVER Feed the lead ends of the CABLE TIES through the receptor ends and slowly pull them tight alternating between the two CABLE TIES The remote control should now be snug against the TOP POLAR COVER Trim the excess leng

R and set it and the SCREW aside 3 Remove the two SCREWS securing the LEFT FRONT FRAME CAP Remove the LEFT FRONT FRAME CAP and set it and the SCREWS aside 4 Remove the eight SCREWS from the rear of the console securing the FRONT CONSOLE to the REAR CONSOLE Carefully lift the FRONT CONSOLE and remove all CONNECTORS Note the locations of all CONNECTORS Set the FRONT CONSOLE and SCREWS aside 5 Remove the four SCREWS from each of the ACCESSORY TRAYS Lift the ACCESSORY TRAYS from the UPRIGHTS Set the ACCESSORY TRAYS and SCREWS aside 6 Remove the two SCREWS from each of the INSIDE HANDLEBAR COVERS Remove the OUTSIDE HANDLEBAR COVERS and set them aside Slide the INSIDE HANDLEBAR COVERS inward and remove the two screws secur ing each end of the ERGO CROSSBAR Slowly raise the ERGO CROSSBAR upward from between the HANDLE BARS Disconnect the 2 PIN LIFEPULSE CONNECTORS Set the ERGO CROSSBAR and SCREWS aside 7 Remove the LEFT INNER HANDLEBAR COVER from the ERGO CROSSBAR Create a 1 2 wide by 1 4 deel notch at the front of the ERGO CROSSBAR hole as shown TA pr LY S A 8 Starting approximately 1 2 from the top center of the GR REAR CONSOLE Create a 1 2 wide by 3 8 deep slot in the REAR CONSOLE top 9 Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HORI ZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V installation Position the remote control near the left end of the ergo cross bar

34. near the console edge along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS NOTE Approximately 6 of POWER CORD and COAXIAL CABLE should extend from the top of the DISPLAY CONSOLE With the help of another person lift the UPRIGHTS and CONSOLE up and back over the UPRIGHT BRACKETS Secure the UPRIGHTS using the six previously removed BOLTS and WASHERS Tighten the BOLTS securely CAUTION Do not pinch the MAIN WIRE HARNESS POWER CORD COAXIAL CABLE or REMOTE CONTROL CABLE when installing the UPRIGHTS 20 Starting approximately 1 2 from the top center of the REAR CONSOLE Create a 1 2 wide by 3 8 deep notch in the REAR CONSOLE top Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HOR IZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V installation Secure the REMOTE CONTROL to the left end of the ERGO CROSSBAR as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE along the LEFT HANDLEBAR Secure the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE using two CABLE TIES in the loca tions shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the remaining REMOTE CONTROL CABLE along the handlebar and up near the LEFT ACCESS HOLE of the LEFT HANDLEBAR Route the REMOTE CON TROL CABLE up alongside the POWER CORD and COAXIAL CABLE Locate the REAR CONSOLE and SCREWS Position the REAR CONSOLE near the back of the FRONT CONSOLE Position the POWER CORD COAXIAL CABLE and REMOTE CONTROL CA
35. nect all CONNECTORS Note the locations of all CONNECTORS Set the DISPLAY CONSOLE and SCREWS aside With the POWER SUPPLY located near the FRONT STABILIZER secure the POWER SUPPLY to the FRONT STABILIZER using two CABLE TIES as shown Using a Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end up through the MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS Leave approximately 12 of both cables extending from the DISPLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT Remove the SCREW securing the LEFT BULLHORN COVER Set the LEFT BULLHORN COVER and SCREW aside Remove the two SCREWS securing the LEFT BULLHORN to the LEFT BULLHORN MOUNTING PLATE Remove the LEFT BULLHORN Locate the supplied NEW LEFT BULLHORN Secure it in place using the two previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 15 20 ft lbs Replace the LEFT BULLHORN COVER and secure it using the previously removed SCREW Tighten the SCREW securely Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two VERTICAL CABLE TIES H for a HORIZONTAL V installation Secure the REMOTE CONTROL to the top of the MOUNTING FIN GER located on the NEW LEFT BULLHORN as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES Route the REMOTE CONTROL CABLE through the MONOCOLUMN and up through the DIS PLAY CONSOLE SUPPORT alongside the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 Locate the L

40. th of CABLE TIES 20 Install the new TOP POLAR COVER to the BOTTOM POLAR COVER using the four previously removed SCREWS 21 Loop the CONNECTOR CABLE under the HANDLEBARS and secure it to the top of the CONSOLE EXTENSION TUBE using one CABLE TIE at the location shown 22 Position the DISPLAY CONSOLE near the MOUNTING BRACKET and re connect all CONNECTORS to the rear of the DISPLAY CONSOLE Place the DISPLAY CONSOLE onto the MOUNTING BRACKET and secure it using the four new 1 1 2 SCREWS supplied Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtight en the SCREWS CAUTION Do not pinch any wires when assembling the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the MOUNTING BRACKET 23 Attach the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE to the UPPER D MOUNTING PLATE using four SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS to 6 8 in lbs Do not overtighten the SCREWS ze 24 Connect the COAXIAL CABLE POWER CABLE and L REMOTE CABLE to the rear of the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE as shown under Console Cable Connections at the end of this section 25 CABLE TIE any excess cable together behind the ENTER TAINMENT CONSOLE and position the cables between the ENTERTAINMENT CONSOLE BRACKET and the DISPLAY CONSOLE 26 Create a notch in the lower front of the RIGHT SHROUD as shown With the POWER CORD and COAXIAL CABLE routed through the notch replace the RIGHT SHROUD and secure it to the LEFT SHROUD using the seven previously removed SCREWS Tighten the SCREWS securely do not over tighten the SCREWS
41. ure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES 7 Using a Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end up through the MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS Leave approximately 12 of both cables extending from the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE 8 Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HORIZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V installation Secure the REMOTE CON TROL to the top of the HANDLEBAR as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES 9 Loop the CONNECTOR CABLE under the HANDLEBAR and secure it to the HANDLEBAR using three CABLE TIE at the locations shown 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 Locate the SPACER With the SPACER orient ed as shown feed all the previously removed CONNECTORS POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE through the large center hole in the SPACER Slide the SPACER onto the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE mak ing sure the top of the SPACER hooks over the top of the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Align the mounting holes of the SPAC ER and DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Push excess cable into the MONO COLUMN leaving approximately 12 of cable extending from the SPACER Locate the MOUNTING BRACKET With the MOUNTING BRACKET oriented as shown feed all the CON NECTORS through the large center hole in the MOUNTING BRACKET Route the POWER SUPPLY
42. uring the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE Carefully raise the DISPLAY CONSOLE from the MOUNTING PLATE and disconnect all CONNECTORS Note the loca tions of all CONNECTORS Set the DISPLAY CONSOLE and SCREWS aside 2 Locate the COAXIAL CABLE and FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER Attach the FEMALE FEMALE COUPLER to one end of the COAXIAL CABLE 3 Locate the POWER SUPPLY and POWER CORD EXTENSION CABLE KIT Attach the POWER CORD EXTENSION as instructed in the kit 4 With the POWER SUPPLY and the female connector end of the COAXIAL CABLE located near the FRONT STABILIZER route the cables together along the FRAME as shown using CABLE TIES at the locations indi cated The cables should be taught secure and free of the alternator and any moving parts Secure the POWER SUPPLY to the FRONT STABILIZER using two CABLE TIES as shown 5 Using a Flexible Fish Tape feed the POWER SUPPLY CORD and COAXIAL CABLE male connector end up through the MONOCOLUMN ASSEMBLY along side the MAIN WIRE HARNESS Leave approximately 12 of both cables extending from the DISPLAY CONSOLE MOUNTING PLATE 6 Locate the REMOTE CONTROL Remove the two HORIZONTAL CABLE TIES H for a VERTICAL V instal lation Secure the REMOTE CONTROL to the top of the HANDLEBAR as shown Be sure the CABLE TIES are pulled tight and trim the excess CABLE TIES 7 Loop the CONNECTOR CABLE under the HANDLEBAR and secure it to the top of the CONSOLE EXTEN SION TUBE using one CAB
