Receiver Collar Posts 4 Adjust the collar to the appropriate length for your dog place the adjusted collar on the Receiver Collar by aligning the two pre fabricated holes in the collar with the Receiver Collar Posts Put on the Backing Plate place the plastic o rings on the Backing 8 Operating the Remote Transmitter Plate Re attach the Receiver Collar Contacts Points by threading them on the Receiver Collar Posts ensure the plastic o rings are in place turn the Contact Points clockwise to hand tighten Place the Receiver Collar on the dog adjust the Receiver Collar so the Contact Points are centered underneath the dog s neck m Adjust the collar length so that it is snug on the dog however you should be able to insert one finger between the collar and the dog s m Contact Points with o rings i Backing Plate A Increase Correction Level TEE Press the amp button to increase the Correction Level RIISI ane ar RL RIISE RR NA Vries ix Level by one step out of seven total The LCD will increase figure 7 Remote Transmitter Each press of the button increases the Correction the corresponding level If you hold the amp button for more than three seconds the Remote Transmitter can be Receiver Collar Posts powered on or powered off Decrease Correction Level Receiver Press the button to decrease the Correction Level Collar Each press of the
7. ator Light will turn on first as a solid light then it begin to blink rapidly as it seeks to pair with the Remote Transmitter when the Receiver Collar s Indicator Light begins to blink release the Power Switch on the Receiver Collar ensuring that the Remote Transmitter is still flashing code The Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar should pair within two to three seconds If the Receiver Collar and Remote Transmitter pair successfully the Receiver Collar Indicator Light will blink four times and go solid The Remote Transmitter LCD will no longer display code to indicate a successful pairing If the Receiver Collar and Remote Transmitter do not pair successfully the Remote Transmitter LCD will display the number 8 and go back to the default Power Up status please repeat steps 1 through 6 if you do not initially pair the units successfully figure 4 Receiver Collar Test Light 6 6 Testing the Receiver Collar and Remote Transmitter Pairing 1 Place the Test Light on the Contact Points of the Receiver Collar figure 4 2 Press the button on the Remote Transmitter the Test Light will turn on figure 5 figure 5 Receiver Collar Test Light Turning On 7 Connecting the Collar to the Receiver Collar 1 Turn off the Receiver Collar 2 Remove the Receiver Collar Contact Points by turning them counterclockwise 3 Remove the plastic o rings remove the Backing Plate you will find the two exposed
