Table 1 Physical properties of main LPG mix components Physical properties of LPG mixture are in the range of individual component properties The liquefied LPG has similar properties as petrol i e it dissolves and dries rubber latex sealing organic lubricant lacquer and other related materials On the other hand synthetic rubber graphite packing Teflon material etc are resistant to LPG attacks Teflon bands or LOCTITE preparation are used for sealing of the screw connections for liquefied or gaseous LPG Using of spirit jointing compounds or binding materials of lamp black HERMETIC HERMOSAL results to difficult demountability of these connections Teflon lutes or lutes of klingerit suitable for LPG are determined for flanged connections The gaseous LPG has lightly narcotic effect on the human organism Breathing of gaseous LPG causes after some time headache nausea weariness dissipated attention sleepiness If there is no ignition and scorch of the operator the gaseous LPG may cause suffocation of the operators though it is not poisonous directly like e g the city gas As it is heavier than air it is accumulated close to the earth and in the caverns the lying person unconscious may be in the unbreathable atmosphere The gaseous LPG also causes skin degreasing 5 CB gt gt TATSUNO BEN EUROPE a s Pra sk 68 678 01 Blansko Czech Republic The liquefied LPG is evaporated by boiling under the temperature

23. 04 Curenttimeanddate 0 06 History of failures 000000 Table 14 List of operator mode parameters The operator mode is ended by pressing the key lt R gt on the remote controller The mode is also ended automatically if no key is pressed for 60 seconds 3 1 5 Manager Mode The manager mode is started by pointing to the dispenser display by the IR remote controller at the distance of ca 1 m from the dispenser and by pressing the key lt R gt All nozzles must be locked in the boot After the manager mode is recalled the display shows the call for entering the 4 digit access password The entered digits are displayed as dashes for reason to have the password secret The manufacturer has set the access password 1111 Example Press the keys lt 1 gt lt 1 gt lt 1 gt lt 1 gt and lt E gt After the valid access password entering the display shows the parameter number 00 and by pressing the key lt E gt is possible to continue by automatic switching to the parameter No 01 or it is possible to enter the parameter number and confirm by the key lt E gt for direct switching to the requested parameter After the manager code is recalled value of the first parameter will be displayed 28 INSTALLATION AND USER MANUAL Ce gt COMBINED DISPENSERS LIQUID FUEL amp LPG DMC The manager mode enables to display and change set the following parameters Param Deeipion O Non resetable totali

118. lectric motor The data concerning the dispensed volume remains preserved until the next nozzle release or until the relevant cash amount is paid Before starting of LPG refuelling the dispenser operator checks if the storage tank has homologation symbol vehicle engine is OFF and also all electric equipment The dispenser operator also checks visually the state eventually possible filler neck wear which can caused gas escape If there are some serious problems he has the right to refuse refuelling of the tank In case of gas escape or danger the operator will terminate refuelling 4 3 1 Fuel Dispensing LIQUID FUEL The liquid measured by the meter is led through the sight glass into the hose and nozzle screwed to the hose For self service operation of the filling station the stop nozzles with the safety lock are used The flow rate can be controlled by the control lever till its stopping In the basic version the nozzle is supplied with lever blocking At the customer s wish the nozzle can be supplied without the blocking i e the lever must be pressed for the whole operation of dispensing Lever release or falling the stop nozzle out of the tank hole results in stopped fuel flow The stop function is activated in case of the fully filled tank sensor inlet flooding the fuel flow is stopped at the pressed control lever The safety function is activated in case of unprofessional nozzle handling e g if the nozzle is headed by more than 15 degree
