11. and Installing the Mount A Do not attempt to install the rear cab mount in the rain or in any wet conditions Install in dry conditions only A N Failure to install in accordance with product manufacturer s installation and assembly instructions could result in property damage personal injury and or death 1 Before starting choose a location on the rear of the tractor for installation The chosen location should provide a rigid structure where the top of the rear cab mount base can be securely installed to the tractor For best performance try to find a location that will enable the antenna to be as high as possible in order to avoid potential blockages to the satellite line of sight Blockages may be caused by other vehicle accessories or the trailer itself AN Ensure that the antenna will not exceed the maximum legal clearance height of 13 feet 6 inches when installed on the mount G The rear cab mount shall be mounted to the isolated air Y ride cab If the location lacks a rigid structure it may be necessary to reinforce the chosen location before installing the rear cab mount Consult your vehicle manufacturer to determine the best location for installing the mount and if applicable where and how to reinforce the vehicle for installing the mount 2 Before installing the rear cab mount clean the location where the mount will be installed to the tractor 3 Verify that the antenna will receive adequate signal strengt
