RB78 2014_R 8 qxd 23 05 2014 11 00 Page 1 q g Rega RB78 Using Your Cartridge This mono cartridge is wired internally in series and should be connected in one of the following ways Amplifier has a mono switch Take either the red and green or the white and blue cartridge tags and fix as illustrated Red White Green Blue If your amplifier does not have a mono switch The two channel signals and the two earths need to be joined together This can be done either by soldering the cartridge tag wires together or by joining together at the Phono end of the tonearm cable with both methods giving the following fixing to cartridge Red amp White Tracking Weight 1 75g Blue amp Green Please note Rega have not tried to create a false impression of expense by using an elaborate package We have used the most simple and cheap carton possible to avoid transit damage and therefore more is actually spent on the cartridge itself and you get better value Stylus guard Remove location tags for use on installed cartridge 0 RB78 2014_R F8 qxd 23105 2014 11 00 Page 2
