18. rs    E ey  E     F             Complete clutch fitted on flywheel       RENAULT SPORT D 3    p  98CUP 2013 Release CLIO 911     D 1 2 ASSEMBLY  amp  DISASSEMBLY    m Essential special tooling      Mot  582 01 Stop sector    F9052601 SADEV Clutch   input shaft    Operations       Remove the engine  see chapter C  Engine    Removing  amp  refitting the powertrain      2   Remove the gearbox from the engine    Fit the stop sector Mot  582 01 on bottom left  hole of cylinder block face  1     Fit the clutch shaft F9052601  to hold the  clutch disc in place      5   Remove the 6 mechanism s mounting bolts     6   Remove the clutch mechanism and disc        Check and replace any faulty parts     Inspection    The maximum tolerated taper for the clutch mechanism s pressure plates is 0 3mm  The  clutch mechanism should be replaced if the taper exceeds this value     Refitting    Degrease the flywheel rear face   Clean the input shaft grooves and lubricate lightly with copper grease     Fit the clutch disc    Center the disc using a clutch shaft   Progressively tighten opposing bolts using LOCTITE 243  blue   Tighten to 34 Nm  10     Remove the locator        Refit the gearbox  see chapter D  Gearbox   Removing  amp  refitting     RENAULT SPORT D 4       98CUP 2013 Release CLIO    0 1 3 SLAVE CYLINDER    a      The Slave cylinder is directly integrated to geabox clutch casing and is directly supplied  using 2 adapters situated on the top of the gearbox casing      Bleed and feed fitt
