Maintenance and Cleanin Attaching the Lens Cover When moving the projector or while it is not in use replace the lens cover I Thread the string through the hole on the lens cover and then tie a knot in the string to secure it in place 2 Thread the other end of the string through the hole on the bottom of the projector Then pass the lens cover through the resulting loop of the string and pull it to tighten the knot Cleaning the Projection Lens AN CAUTION This projector is equipped with a plastic lens Do not rub the lens with a hard fiber cloth or hit it with something hard to prevent the lens from scratching Do not use a chemical cleaner liquid and solid to avoid deteriorating the lens Unplug the AC power cord before cleaning First remove the dust with a blower Then gently wipe the lens surface Use a lens cleaning paper moistened with methyl alcohol methanol Avoid excessive use of cleaner Do not use abrasive cleaners solvents or other harsh chemical cleaners to avoid damages the lens When the projector is not in use replace the lens cover Cleaning the Projector Cabinet Unplug the AC power cord before cleaning Gently wipe the projector body with a soft dry cleaning cloth When it is heavily soiled use a small amount of mild detergent and finish with the cleaning cloth Avoid excessive use of cleaner Abrasive cleaners solvents or other harsh chemicals might scratch the surface of the cab
