The name of the zone type is used to distinguish different types of zones There are five types of zones for the CMS7000 Patrol zone arming disarming switch zone emergent help zone fire alarm zone and burglar alarm zone The alarm event of a Patrol zone will be regarded as a Patrol check signal The alarm event of an arming disarming switch zone will be regarded as an arming disarming command of the other zones The Emergent help fire alarm and burglary alarm will be processed as alarms Triggering condition The alarm panel will determine whether to alarm or not according to its parameter setting after it receives the signal from the sensor Many alarm events can result in an alarm such as fire alarm including short circuit reset zone reset The alarm panel will report short circuit and reset as two alarm events if it judges that the fire sensor is mis triggered The alarm panel will not process all received alarm events but will determine to process the alarm event or not according to its triggering condition If the triggering condition of the fire type zone is a fire alarm fire alarm type zone will be triggered only when the DS7400XI alarm panel reports the happening fire event The CMS7000 will ignore the short circuit alarm event resulting from being mis triggered If the triggering condition of the fire alarm zone is short circuit alarm the CMS7000 software will regard CMS7000 User Manual P N48427E Page 16 BOSCH Se
