3. ctions that help calm and relieve stress produce an overall feeling of wellbeing decrease blood pressure increase the flow of oxygen to our brain alleviate depression boost our daytime energy and increase our defense against infection by boosting our immune system BATTERY INSTRUCTIONS e Your TheraForm Elite Task Chair utilizes a 7 4 volt Lithium lon SMART battery e Use only the battery and the battery recharger that is provided with the chair e Fully charged the battery will last from four to six hours depending on the level of heat used e Recharge the battery ONLY when it has been completely discharged e To recharge the Lithium lon SMART battery e remove the battery pack from its holder located on the back of the chair and plug it into the charger e plug the charger into a standard 110 volt wall socket e allow up to three hours for the battery to charge or until the red still charging light changes to a green indicator light e unplug the battery from the charger put the battery into its holder located on the back of the chair and plug in the lumbar cushion pad into the battery DO NOT OVERCHARGE THE BATTERY This will shorten the life of the battery e Always recharge the battery as soon as possible after it becomes fully discharged A battery will be permanently damaged if it is left for an extended length of time in a fully discharged state Press the green ON SETUP OFF button Each time y
