2. acking materials prior to removing the components 2 Remove the attached backrest and seat component and carefully set aside Remove caster base and unwrap cylinder from protective wrap Insert cylinder with cylinder cover into the caster base Carefully set the seat backrest combination onto the piston head of the cylinder 6 Verify Shut off Valve located under the seat is in the open position 7 Fill the Air Suspension System by squeezing the Air Pump until the air pressure gauge reads 4 6 psi Air Pressure Air Release Valve Gauge 8 Turn the Air Shut off Valve 1 4 turn to the closed position This valve should remain closed while the stool is in use 9 Carefully sit on seat to taper lock the seat to the cylinder Engage activation lever and slowly experience the tilt motion of the stool Slowly release air pressure from the system to experi ence the full extent of free motion rs Document 101165 RevB 4 September 2009 Brewer ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS cont Optional Armrest assembly 1 Remove 2 Handknobs with washers from under the seat Be sure to keep the lockwasher closest to the Handknob with the flat washer on top Place the Armrests into the armrest channel under the seat Install Handknob assemblies through slotted hole in Armrest brackets and into the threaded hole in the armrest channel Set Armrests to desired width and tighten Handknob STOOL ADJUSTMENTS Sea

11. t Height Adjustment Your feet should be comfortably flat on the floor with the inside angle of the knee joint between 90 and 110 You should feel no pres sure underneath your thighs seat height adjustment lever e To adjust the seat sit on the chair and lift the height adjustment lever The seat will drop to the lowest position e To raise the seat remove your weight from the seat while lifting the height adjustment lever Release the lever at the desired height Backrest Forward Adjustment e Release the backrest lock by pushing the backrest release lever forward until it touches the seat shroud e Slide the backrest to the desired position and release the lever Backrest lever should snap into the engaged position to fully lock the backrest into position Be sure backrest release lever is engaged before sitting on the stool Document 101165 RevB 5 September 2009 Brewer STOOL ADJUSTMENTS cont Backrest Height Adjustment For maximum comfort the backrest should be positioned firmly against the lumbar region of your back The DynaCore backrest provides 8 height positions e Grasp the lower edge of the backrest and lift to the top position disengaging the lock mechanism e Let the backrest down to its bottom position engaging the lock mechanism you will hear a click e Lift the backrest slowly to the desired height Optional Armrest Adjustments Armrests include height swivel and slide adj
