10. mm Delivery Contents Capacitive switch VC11 12 Screwdriver Packaging Plastic bag 9 9 9 e User manual For mounting VC 11 12 through wall of tank N Specifications are subject to change without notice 25 06 99 H EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM INSTALLATION The powder extinguishing system has been preinstalled to the pellet feeder Only the bottle valve has to be opened upon commissioning see instructions below ll Powder extinguishing system The powder extinguishing system consists of a bottle spare bottle a valve extinguishing hoses and a red plastic sensor pipe Install the red sensor pipe in the powder extinguisher unit and tighten it Install the other end of the pipe under the damper hatch located on the auger pipe surface see figure NOTE Open the extinguishing bottle valve slowly and in several stages to ensure even distribution of the sensor pipe gas pressure and to prevent the content of the bottle from being discharged accidentally When heated the pipe melts and breaks This releases the pressure that keeps the extinguishing bottle valve closed Ihe sensor pipe can be used again after cutting off the melted part Install the sealing plug again Install the red hose filled with gas so that it melts when overheated and discharges the powder extinguishing device Ihe powder penetrates into the burner auger and puts out the fire The bottles must be replaced and refill
