9. eececeeeeeee cece eeeeaeeeeeeeees on order o B2 50 8 B10 16 B6 25 3 3 Set up place the unit upon even horizontal non flammable surface at least 20 cm away from any flammable materials it is necessary to observe the free space of 40 cm behind the unit to provide optimum ventilation plug the power cord into the socket on the rear and position the unit so that there is easy access to the power switch and the plug 3 4 Heating cooling block installation replacement A Do not touch the heating cooling block surface which becomes very hot or cold during operation to avoid burns Ensure that the currently installed block isn t hot Use the extractor tool for removing and installing blocks The extractor tool enables the user to remove heating cooling blocks safely and easily Screw the tool tightly into a threaded hole in the middle of a heating cooling block and lift it out Page 6 Ensure that the heater bed and the block bottom are clean in order to ensure good thermal contact between heater and block resulting in optimal temperature control performance 4 Operation Recommendations during operation Please check the tubes glasses before using be sure that tubes glasses are thermoresistant Don t heat the tubes glasses over the melting point of the material they are made of Remember that thin walled tubes glasses have a higher thermoconducting factor Do not fill tubes glasses more than 3 5 mm over the
