1. Table Height Memory Four different heights can be memorized for future use Via the UP DOWN buttons select your preferred height of the table then press the S button followed by any of the four numerical buttons on the Manual Controller The height of the table will be retained in the Manual Controllers memory A further three different heights can be preset by selecting a different numerical button after depressing the S button on the Manual Controller Thereafter the preset table heights can be selected simply by pressing the numerical buttons associated with the desired table height These preset table heights will be retained in the memory of the Manual Controller even after a power reset After pressing one of the four numerical buttons to select a preset height the UP DOWN buttons can be used to manually override your selection Vertical Shaft Synchronization Problems If the two Vertical Shafts do not synchronize correctly they can be reset by either an Automatic Reset or a Manual Reset Automatic Reset Depress the DOWN button on the Manual Controller continually until the Vertical Shaft descends to the bottom and then rises approximately 5mm Remove pressure from the DOWN button The Automatic reset is now complete and the unit should function normally Manual Reset 1 If either of the Vertical Shafts detects an abnormal situation the Manual Controller will display an error message on the
2. digital display See Notes below for error messages Depress the DOWN key for 5 seconds The Vertical Shaft will descend Depress the DOWN button again to complete the reset process 2 If during the setup process the digital display shows 560mm but either one or both of the vertical shafts have not fully compressed depress the DOWN button for 5 seconds The Vertical Shaft s will descend and the reset operation will be completed Notes 1 When M1 breaks down the digital tube displays ER1 2 When M2 breaks down the digital tube displays ER2 3 When the temperature of the ELB A Controller exceeds 75 C the digital display HOT When power is on the ELB A Controller will work normally unless the temperature falls to 45 C 4 Working System Protection The system will operate for 3 to 4 times up and down continuously After such time the ELB A Controllerinvokes its inbuilt protection circuit and the digital display will show HOT After 20 minutes the ELB A Controller will automatically reset and unit will function normally 5 Overcurrent Protection If the total load of the push rods exceeds 900N the ELB A Controller will implement the overcurrent protection circuit and the digital diplay will show ER1 or ER2 The load should be reduced and the manual reset function used to return the unit to normal functionality Picture 2 Attentions 1 This product shall be used in accordanc
