6. ecomes damaged or thermally deformed Mania EF3 user manual Caution Hot lamp Only the Philips 12V EFP 8H 100W type No 6834 lamp is supported Martin P N 97000004 These lamps normally last for 800 hours of operation Warning Installing any other lamp may damage the fixture Installing a lamp in the Mania EF3 1 Disconnect the fixture from power and allow it to cool for 20 minutes 2 Remove the thumb screw holding the cover in place SEET Thumb screw 3 Slide the fixture cover open as far as possible there is a physical stop point that prevents access to the power supply section 4 Grasp the old lamp by the reflector and slide it carefully out of the lamp holder Basic service 15 5 Pull the socket off the lamp Do not pull the wires 6 Push the socket fully onto the pins of the new lamp 7 Clean the glass bulb and reflector with a cloth particularly if your fingers touched the glass A clean lint free cloth wetted with alcohol is best 8 Gently push the lamp into the holder until it snaps into place 9 Close the fixture cover and tighten the thumb screw MAINS FUSE The Mania EF3 uses a time delay fuse for protection against current overload An indication that the fuse may have blown is that when power is applied and the lamp is switched on no light is produced If the fuse blows repeatedly there is a fault with the unit that requires service by a Martin technician Never bypass the fuse or r
