Who Feels the need of a system which helps them in talk ing good care patients by providing expert information along with warning and alerts based on the patient and tasks The Clinical Decision Sup port System Is a software product that integrates the expert knowl edge of supervisors and doctors experiences in an acces sible and systematic approach That Can maintain patients record find browse expert in formation about wound and recommended on course of treatment alerts and warnings about the patients aller gies Unlike Current system where the records are maintained man ually and if a nurse has a trouble she has to ask the supervisor nurse or a doctor every time Our product Makes the process easier by providing easy to use in terface for entering patients wound records providing expert information about wounds and generating alerts and warnings based on the patients information through the use of artificial intelligence 1 3 Stakeholder description 1 3 1 Stakeholder Summary Name Description Responsibilities Nurse The primary end user of the system e Nurses need an application where they can add delete modify and save pa tients information quickly e Nurses need an application where they can quickly add or modify wound record manually or automatically by reading data from other medical de vices e Furthermore they need a system which can be a reminder fo
