D V11 Page 13 Getting acquainted with your UHP e For Dual Gun Operation press both gun triggers slowly to bring up pressure Next throttle the engine RPM to reach the desired pressure The nozzle configuration on the guns should be matched so that desired pressure 1s reached at approximately 1800 RPM Both pressure readings should be equal with either Dual guns running Single gun running and both guns unloading Reconfigure nozzles to obtain desired pressure e You should get approximately 2500 Bar for both operation types and no water should exit from the dump port on the pneumatic unloader dump port s If found water exiting at the dump port s and pressure is below 2500Bar please check the air supply is at required pressure of 90Psi or the pneumatic unloader may need be leaking or some service for the initial run in period see pg 11 and maintenance section Prolong unwanted dumping will result pre mature failure of the valve system of the pneumatic unloader Machine Shut Down Procedure Step 1 Turn the Throttle Control Knob in a counter clockwise direction slowly to ease down the engine speed to approx 1400 1500 rpm Allow the engine to warm down in few minutes before shutting off by pressing and hold the Engine Kill Switch 1 till the engine has come to a complete stop Step 2 Turn the key to off position only after the engine has come to a complete stopped Step 3 Dis connect the battery cables on the battery term
