TIE DOWN ELECTRIC BLANKET OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS For Model CELQEB LS CELQEB Q CELQEB K WARNINGS AND SAFEGUARDS 1 2 10 11 Use only the voltage specified on the rating label of the Electric Blanket It is recommended that this heater is plugged directly into the wall socket Power boards are not rated to supply power to high wattage appliances A correctly specified undamaged extension cord may be used with this heater provided it is used in a safe manner Do not operate this Electric Blanket with a damaged cord plug or after the Electric Blanket malfunctions in any manner Return to a qualified electrical person for examination electrical service or repair This Electric Blanket is intended for household use only and not for commercial or industrial use Use this Electric Blanket only as described in this manual Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause fire electrical shock or injury Do not operate with cord set coiled up as a heat build up is likely which could be sufficient to become a hazard Do not use heavy or dense over blankets as they may lead to overheating of the Electric Blanket Do not trap or fold cords between bed slats mattress or springs or against walls headboards or bed frame as this may cause damage to the cord Do not pinch flex or expose the heating wire Damaged heating wire may cause a fire hazard or personal injury Do not use the Electric
