Actualment l edifici disposa de dos equips de clima tipus Roof Top en un estat molt deteriorat i en funcionament parcial El gas refrigerant que fan servir les m quines s R22 Mitjan ant una xarxa de conductes d aire es climatitza la sala gran del teatre el hall i el cafet Aquests equips existents no funcionen correctament i amb molta frequ ncia s han hagut de realitzar costoses reparacions degut a la seva antiguitat actualment i davant la manca de recanvis nom s funciona una m quina ja que s han aprofitat les parts operatives de cada una de les m quines per a tenir operativa el 5096 de la capacitat de producci 2 Programa i requeriments Els requeriments previs s n la retirada dels equips conductes i canalitzacions existents a excepci de les parts que es podran aprofitar 2 1 Descripci del projecte S actua en diferents sectors de l edifici la retirada dels equips existents en la coberta m quines de l edifici aix com la retirada de part dels conductes difusors i reixes existents Posteriorment s instal lar una nova m quina en coberta i es far una nova xarxa de conductes aix com un nou la instal laci de tot el sistema de control i connexionat el ctric 3 Compliment del CTE Les obres contemplades en el document compleixen les disposicions del RD 314 2006 de 17 de mar pel que s aprova al Codi T cnic de l Edificaci 4 Prestacions 4 1 Seguretat El projecte compleix els requeriments de la
