Actions If you click a project the various actions that are being or have been performed to deliver the project are displayed DESCRIPTION ERRORS For each action the following information is displayed e Action Type e Action e Description e Status e of errors An action type can have one of the following statuses Status Description Color Code Done The action has been successfully executed green Processing The action has been requested but has not been orange executed yet Error An error occurred during the execution of the action red type Action Events If you click certain actions the various action events that are being or have been performed are displayed ACTION EVENT FINISHED DATE The name of the action event and the date it was finished are displayed 2 Managing Reports 25 EVS Broadcast Equipment S A Issue 1 5 D February 2015 26 Filter Criteria The data can be filtered by one of the following criteria Company Is Visible If you select the filter value True only the projects that were not hidden in the MAD Web client will be displayed If you select the filter value False both the hidden and visible projects will be displayed Status Title User When the Title filter is selected you can also filter the deliveries by a partial delivery title Exporting Report Data To export the information that is displayed in the list click the Export button It will

13. be exported in the form of a csv file 2 Managing Reports V5 USER MANUAL MAD 1 5 Report Manager pe 2 6 2 6 1 2 6 2 Media Reports Introduction The reports belonging to the Media category allow to retrieve statistics about specific media items Four types of reports can be distinguished e Media Queries e Media Played e Content Requested by User Each of these reports will be displayed in greater detail below Media Queries General Description The Media Queries report displays a list with the top N queries used on a particular day orin a particular period to search for specific media items in the digital archive Media Queries Auto Refresh Le Media Queries Export Number of Results 10 By default the top 10 search queries of the last 30 days are shown The most frequently used search queries are ordered at the top of the list Next to each query is shown how many times it was used To view the most popular queries of a particular day or another period click the date picker and select another date or date range To view more search queries click the Number of Results box and select the desired number of results to be shown You can choose between 10 25 50 100 or All Results 2 Managing Reports 21 EVS Broadcast Equipment S A Issue 1 5 D February 2015 28 Filter Criteria You can filter the queries by one of the following criteria Company Country Has Auto
