K SERIES TV LIFT PREMIUM VERSION User Manual List of contents required tools Lift Column Beamstiffener Supportingbeam pt1 Supportingbeam pt2 Adjustment bracket for supporting beam Mountingbracket pc Horizontalbeam Verticalbeam 2 pcs Chain brackets Cable chain 1 Control box remote 1 set ISO7380 M6X10 ISO7380 M6X30 12 Screws 1 set Dy 2x U 2X amp y O m e ay 1 The supporting beam needs to be assembled as on Pic 1 M6 nut 4x M8 nut Pic 1 2 Use the bracket to connect supporting beam to with the lift as you see on Pic 2 M6 nut o 2 3 Set the adjustment brackets so that each one of them faces the side of the cabinet as shown on Pic 3 Attach the adjustment brackets with woodscrews so they are mounted firmly on the furniture Also attach base of the lift to the bottom of your furniture with woodscrews Woodscrew 4x16 f TCT pa ae 10x Sia YA IS Woodscrew 4x16 3x aD Pic 3 4 Mount horizontal beam to the column using attached screws Pic 4 ISO7380 M6X10 2x ISO7380 M6X10 2x Pic 4 5 Hang control box on the hangers as you see on Pic 5 then connect Control box to the lift as on Pic 6 Pic 5 Pic 6 6 Mount cable brackets and cable chain as you see on Pic 7 Upper Cable chain Pic 7 7 Using screws provided by your TV manufacturer mount the vertical beams to your screen The be
2. ams should be about 1 inch below upper edge of the screen Connect vertical brackets by a stiffener as shown on Pic8 Pic 8 8 Loosen the lower brackets on the vertical beams as shown on Pic 9 Pic 9 9 Hang the screen with vertical beams mounted on the horizontal beam on your Lift Pic 10 Pic 10 10 Move the lower brackets on the vertical beam up and tighten the screws Pic 11 Pic 11 11 Connect lower cable bracket to the cable and then to the beam stiffener You can comfortable lead all of the cables through the cable chain Lower cablebracket Pic 12 12 For the final assembly mount the top lid of your furniture on the hinges Pic 13 CONTROL BOX MANUAL control a box RC SET VIEWING _ power POSITION The above image is of the lift Mechanism s Control Unit s keypad After turn on the control box take down lift to the lower position Programming the VP Viewing Position ATTENTION You have to set the VP if you want all of the lifts functions to work properly To set the VP follow this procedure e Press amp Hold the SETUP button for about 3 seconds until the red SETUP light is lit You are now in the programming mode e Press amp Hold the UP or DOWN button to set the preferred position You can change the movement speed in the setup mode by pressing the SETUP button once Thereare 2 movementspeeds ATTENTION The safety system is turned off i
3. n the setup mode The lift is moving slower than normally When you have set you preferred position press amp hold the SETUP button for about 3 seconds until you will hear two short beeps and the red SETUP light is down The viewing position is now set IR Remote Control assignment It is possible to assign two selected buttons of your any IR remote control TV CABLE DVD etc Selected buttons will be used to control the movement of the lift up and down UP DOWN To assign IR remote control the following steps must be carried out e Set lift in the viewing position VP e Press and hold for about 3 seconds SETUP button blue until you hear two beeps and the red indicator SETUP will light up Now you are in programming mode IR e Select a button on your remote control IR which would like to launch the movement of the Lift UP Point the remote at the IR receiver and press the selected button Red LED dims once acknowledging receipt of the signal from your remote control e Select a button on your remote control IR which would like to launch the movement of the Lift DOWN Point the remote at the IR receiver and press the desired key Red LED dims twice acknowledging receipt of the signal from of your remote control e Press and hold for about 3 seconds SETUP button blue until you hear two beeps and the SETUP red light goes off Your IR remote control has been registered ATTENTION the remote assignment mode is active for about 30 seco
4. nds after pressing amp holding the RC SET button If the signal from the remote is not received during this time the control box will quit the remote assignment mode Standby mode detection The control box monitors the energy consumption of your screen If the user attempts to hide the fully operating screen turned ON the control box cuts the power out After lifting the screen back to the viewing position the power will be restored to it If the TV is turned off or in standby mode the power will not be cut out Safety system operation The intelligent safety system detects the obstacles when the screen is moving down as a weight difference It does not require any calibration which is done automatically After detecting an obstacle the lift stops and moves up about 2 inches The safety system works only during the downward movement When the safety system is activated the blinking 1 appears on the display Display messages The numeric display shows the information about the lift operation If the display shows e 0 Blinking electric motor overload current exceeded e 1 Blinking safety system has been triggered e 2 Blinking power cut out when hiding the active screen e 3 Blinking wiring loom not connected to the control box e 4 Blinking lower limit switchactivated e 5 Blinking upper limit switchactivated Pressing any button will delete the display message
