5. era descuidada Precaucion La bola de espejos puede causar da os severos si cae si tiene dudas al respecto de la seguridad no instale el motor Antes de colgar la bola aseg rese que la zona es capaz de soprotar hasta 30 Kg Instala el motor utilizando los 4 agujeros de fijaci n Use nicamente los tornillos apropieados y aseg rese que est n conectados a tierra Instale un conector de tres polos para alimentar la unidad La nomenclatura de los cables es la siguiente Cable Pin Internacional Marr n Vivo L Azul Neutro N Amar Verde Tierra e El cable de tierra debe ser conectado Si el dispositivo es conectado directamente a la red local debe ser instalado un desconectador con al menos 3 mm de separaci n en los polos para una instalaci n fija La bola de espejos debe ser instalada de la manera adecuada ver arriba con el motor Se recomienda usar una cadena para bolas de espejo de hasta 33 cm certificada Precauci n El material de instalaci n no debe incluir materiales abrasivos para evitar fuegos La longitud de la cadena no debe sobrepasar los 100 cm Aseg rese que la rotaci n de la bola no disminiye ni se interrumpe por los materiales de decoraci n etc MTL 205 User Manual Manual de Uso Pag 5 MARK Compruebe a intervalos regulares si el aro de sujecci n de la bola o la cadena est n deformados En ses caso desmonte la bola inmediatamente PELIGRO DE MUERTE Antes de poner en marcha la u

10. that safety relation and machine technical installations are approved by an expert after every four year in the course of an acceptance test e The operator has to make sure that safety relation and machine technical installations are approved by a skilled person once a year PROCEDURE e The mirror ball should be installed outside areas where persons may walk by or be seated e The installation spot must be chose in a way that the motor can be installed in an absolutely horizontal position e The motor and the mirror ball have to be installed out of the reach of people e If the motor shall be lowered from the ceiling or high joists professional trussing systems have to be used The motor must never be fixed swinging freely in the room Caution Mirror balls may cause severe injuries when crashing down If you have doubts concerning the safety of a possible installation do NOT install the motor e Before rigging make sure that the installation area has to hold a minimum of 30 kg point load e Please install the mirror ball motor via all 4 fixation holes Do only use appropriate screws and make sure that the screws are properly connected with the ground Connection to the mains or connect the device with 3 pole power plug to the mains e The occupation of the connection cables is as follows Cable Pin International Brown Live E Blue Neutral N Yellow Green Earth e The earth has to be connected e If
11. the device will be directly connected with the local power supply network a disconnection switch with a minimum opening of 3 mm at every pole has to be included in the permanent electrical installation e The mirror ball has to be connected via an appropriate installation see above with the motor We recommend using Chain for Mirror balls up to 33 cm certified or Chain for Mirror ball up to 50 cm certified Caution The installation material must never include abrading material e g steel cables in order to avoid material wearing e The length of the chain must never exceed 100 cm e Insert the chain with the mirror ball in the screw on chain link and lighten the fixation screw e Make sure that the rotation of the mirror ball is never slowed down or stopped by decoration material etc MTL 205 User Manual Manual de Uso Pag 2 MARK e Make sure that no side forces can impact on the installation e Please check in regular intervals if the key ring or chain links have been deformed Uninstall the mirror ball immediately in such a case DANGER TO LIFE Before taking into operation for the first time the installation has to be approved by an expert CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device Please use a soft lint free and moistened cloth Never use alcohol or solvents e There are no serviceable parts inside the device Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by authorized dealers
