Bulldog s Concession Stand User Manual Opening the Stand e Turn on the Slushy Machine the augers need to be rotating and the settings need to look like this le BUNN E y gt D s i lt Q iE 03 E These are the buttons you will need to push to change the setting to ICE This will make the slushy mix freeze It will take about 15 20 minutes to totally freeze If it is very hot out it may take a little longer e Turn on the hot dog machine the setting should be kept where they are unless they are overcooking the hot dogs Hot dogs will take about 15 minutes to heat thru Use your best judgment This is the ON OFF Switch You will know it is on when the roller are moving BE CAREFUL IT GETS HOT t as Ae wu la ye WN WS 7 The hot dogs are located at the bottom of the large cooler If you notice that they are running low please take some packages out of the freezer for thawing PLEASE NOTICE THAT THERE IS NOTHING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE COOLER OTHER THAN THE HOT DOGS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES THIS SO DON T PUT ANYTHING DOWN THERE e Grab some 5 pretzels out of the freezer Place them on a paper plate and heat them in the microwave for 2 minutes Spray them with some water and place them face down in the salt Hang the heated salted pretzels in here Be sure to turn the switch ON The lights will turn RED and get hot Be c2. e First Aid Station This is located on top of the safe Here you will find Bandaids and ice packs as well as misc items in the First Aid Kit e Slushy Machine The flavors that are in the machine will be noted on the front It will vary throughout the season Fill cup with slushy mixture place lid on the cup and hand the customer a straw Cleaning and replenishing will be taken care of by the Board e Bathroom Duty No one likes bathroom duty but it needs to be done During your shift as long as there are 2 people in the stand please check the bathrooms for cleanliness make sure there is toilet paper and paper towels Check the garbage if it is full please take it out and change the bag You will be surprised how much people can be disgusting pigs and say that lightly You will need a key to change the toilet paper and paper towel rolls They are located in the stand in the cabinets where the replacements are located e Restocking items If you are low on any item please look in the cabinets around the stand have tried to label them as best as could You will find a time that we are completely out of something just let me know sol can reorder Closing the Stand Discard any unused hot items Clean the machines with a wet rag Clean the hot dog machine with a wet rag while the rollers are still running Be careful it will be HOT Turn off the hot dog mac
3. e Nacho Cheese Machine You will use this to If you are dispense hot cheese running low for pretzels and on cheese nachos It comes out and it needs VERY hot so be careful to be replaced lift this lid This is what the replacement cheese looks like and it is located in the cabinet under the Nacho Cheese Machine You will have to unscrew the dispensing device from the empty bag and pull NOT TWIST off the top to the new bag Screw the dispensing device onto the new bag and replace in the machine Be careful the machine is HOT e Cash register Add the order up and ask the guest for the total Open the register by pressing the NS button on the right side of the register Give change if needed At the end of your game remove all but 15 singles and 4 fives and place the earned funds into a yellow envelope that will be in the drawer under the register Date and sign the deposit and drop it in the Safe keep track of how much was deposited each day Open the top compartment of the Safe and place the money in there Make sure it closes completely before you leave e Cooler of Powerade and Water If you notice that items are low please restock It takes a couple of hours for the items to become cold especially on hot days e Candy Stand Here you will find all sorts of fun stuff Candy chocolate popcorn slim jims chips and sesame seeds If you notice that item are low please restock
