36. rs REVELATION List of REVELATION Auto Diagnosis Errors Your REVELATION constantly monitors itself for problems Here is a list of error messages you may see and what to do about them Er 0 The water flow from your supply hose is less than 1 liter per minute and the REVELATION does not have enough water flow to ionize water Please increase the water flow to between 2 0 and 2 5 liters per minute as displayed on the LCD screen Don t exceed 3 5 liters per minute If you do you will see the same message In this case turn the water flow down The only other possible reason for the Er 0 message is too much water pressure in your supply water This is why we have included the white square water pressure reducer If you have adjusted your water flow to between 2 and 2 5 liters per minute and you are still seeing Er 0 please install the white water pressure reducer between your faucet or cold water line and the REVELATION Just cut the line and insert the cut ends into the water pressure reducer NOTE If you install the white water pressure reducer and your supply water doesn t need it this will cause the Er 0 message In this case just remove the white water pressure reducer Only customers in big cities typically need to install this white water pressure reducer Er 1 Communication error There is a problem with the communication cable Check to make sure it is connected properly between the faucet and the base Er 2 The R
