3. eimbursement The User should not repair or replace equipment outside of these procedures Theft With all video units theft is a major concern especially when left in a visible location Please take the necessary precautions to secure both the unit and accessories to increase safety Indemnity Student will hold the University of Maryland and University Recreation amp Wellness harmless from and against all claims loss liability for any direct special or consequential damages as a result of user s use custody control possession and operation of the video unit and accessories This indemnification includes any claims related to conduct or recorded content that is against State or federal law and University policy Warranty of Condition Sport Clubs makes every effort to ensure that video equipment and accessories are in good working order when checked out however due to the nature of the equipment this cannot be guaranteed By signing below the user agrees that the equipment is in good working order condition and appearance Any aspect of the video unit and accessories that the user deems unacceptable must be immediately reported to Sport Clubs in writing or damage charges will accrue Use Guidelines amp Care Equipment components are shock resistant water resistant and dustproof for use in the most hazardous environments only when the camera is in the provided waterproof case however it is of the upmost importance to use e
