1. LIMITED WARRANTY Inovus surgical solutions warrants to the end user Customer that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for one year or such longer period as Inovus surgical solutions may announce publicly from time to time for particular products from the date of purchase from Inovus surgical solutions or an authorized re seller Inovus surgical solutions sole obligation under this express warranty shall be at Inovus surgical solutions option and expense to repair the defective product or part deliver to Customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective item or if neither of the two foregoing options is reasonably available Inovus surgical solutions may in its sole discretion refund to Customer the purchase price paid for the defective product All products that are replaced will become the property of Inovus surgical solutions Replacement products or parts may be new or reconditioned Inovus surgical solutions warrants any replaced or repaired product or part for ninety 90 days from shipment or the remainder of the initial warranty period whichever is longer Products returned to Inovus surgical solutions must be sent prepaid and packaged appropriately for safe shipment and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package Responsibility for loss or damage does not trans2. fer to Inovus surgical solutions until the returned item is received by Inovus surgical solutions The repaired or replaced item will be shipped to the Customer at Inovus surgical solutions expense no later than thirty 30 days after Inovus surgical solutions receives the defective product and Inovus surgical solutions will retain risk of loss or damage until the item is delivered to the Customer EXCLUSIONS Inovus surgical solutions will not be liable under this limited warranty if its testing and examination show that the alleged defect or malfunction in the product does not exist or results from e Failure to follow Inovus surgical solutions installation operation or maintenance instructions e Unauthorized product modification or alteration e Unauthorized use of common carrier communication services accessed through the product e Abuse misuse negligent acts or omissions of Customer and persons under Customer s control or e Acts of third parties acts of God accident fire lighting power surges or outages or other unpredictable random hazards SURGICAL SOLUTI Pyxus Pro User Manual FAQ NS Opening your device We Appreciate that for many of our clients setting up your simulator for the first time might be a daunting task Written below you will find a detailed set of instructions to help you through the setup required for first use 1 The simulator will arrive in it s box side on with
3. the screen detatched and in a seperate box contained inside the main contents box 2 When taking the simulator out of its box take extra care to avoid damage These devices are hand crafted from machined acrylic plastic if dropped they will damage 3 Unpack the contents of the entire package onto the floor or any large surface 4 Loosen the wing nuts on the bracket to allow for the screen to be properly mounted See diagram 2 0 5 Once the screen is mounted tighten the wing nuts to secure 6 The screen can now easily be removed temporarily for transportation if necessary Wing Nuts 1 0 7 The diagram on the right represents the screen mount attached to the rear of the simulator This supports all of the models wiring and electronics 8 At this point you must connect up the wiring 9 It s now time to connect the camera to the screen 10 Insert the black audio visual cable and the power cable into the tv following the diagram below if necessary 11 The audio visual plug must be inserted into the yellow AV socket on the left side of the screen Power Supply AV Socket s neg
