A0 0514 id p SCIENTIFIC COMPANY How to connect this instrument to the computer The TDSO has 2 connection ports USB and Fast Ethernet NOTE The Ethernet connection is used for the measurements applications and the USB connection is used only to configure the device IP Address Install Software from the USB Flash Memory Run Setup exe from the flash drive to install the software If the PC does not have Microsoft NET 3 5 install it It is included in the USB flash memory USB Driver Installation Power the device using the included AC adapter Connect the device to the PC using the USB cable When the PC tries to install the driver manually select the driver location It is located in the USB Driver folder in the USB flash memory Configuring the IP address The TDSO comes pre configured with an IP address of 192 168 0 100 You can change the IP address by following the steps below e Power the device using the included AC adapter e Connect the device to the PC using the USB cable e Run DSO Config e The program will recognized the TDSO and will display its current configuration e Change the desired configuration and click the W button to configure the device e Exit the program and disconnect the USB cable NOTE The configuration values can also be refreshed by clicking on the status bar at the bottom of the DSO Config window Teledyne Scientific Company reserves the right to make changes to its produc
