15. if it solves the issue 5 Areall bolts to assemble the Make sure bolts are all tightened sufficiently extruder assemble tightenend sufficiently 6 Extruder arm tension OK The extruder arm must be able to exert enough pressure on the filament Turn the bolt in front of the extruder clockwise for more pressure Turn it counterclockwise to exert less pressure When too much pressure on the arm the filament will be squashed too wide and cause a lot of friction inside the hot end and eventually might get stuck 7 Extruder arm in good shape Check if the extruder arm is not broken Replace if broken or deformed too much 8 Contaminents inside the hot Filament attracts a lot of dust which without filtering all has to go through end the tiny nozzle In time this could cause a layer of dirt inside which acts as a thermal barrier preventing the filament to melt properly Try to clean nozzle exit with o 35mm drill Guitar string or other thin wire to clean nozzle If this doesn t work there is a large contamination from the inside Take the hot end apart and clean it carefully with a 2mm drill from the inside This will only work when the hot end is hot Please follow the instructions dowloadable here http shop FELIXprinters com downloads 9 The hot end parts are not When parts are too loosely mounted filament could leak through the assembled good enough components 10 Fabrication error in hot
