12. 42 Overview of Slides Objects and Schedules Electromenu designer software allows you to build and schedule slides for use with one or more Electromenu Player units called menu boards If you have purchased a Headquarters license your designer allows you to schedule slides for display on menu boards in multiple stores and regions Slides are scheduled for display one at a time on a menu board for a specified time Slides contain one or more objects All objects have properties Title Sub Text background color border color etc These properties work the same for all object types There are several types of objects each with special properties Generic objects have no special properties Menu Group objects display Menu Items Descriptions and Prices Stock Ticker objects display horizontally sliding text Text Box objects display free flowing text Picture Box objects display up to 8 JPEG pictures or GIF animations List Box objects display a list in one or more columns Slides are scheduled by Weekday and by Time Period e Time Periods day parts are defined in the Schedule area per weekday Days have regular consecutive time periods breakfast lunch dinner Days have special time periods that overlap regular periods happy hour Time periods are the same for all menu boards in a region Special time periods can be enabled separately one each menu board Schedule Excep
