Six Month Inspection Log Refer to Operator s Manual for head r complete inspection procedures technologies This guide is provided for your convenience in keeping track of your bi annual unit inspections Refer to the User s Manual for in depth instruction on how to perform outlined tasks The User s Manual and additional copies of the Six Month Inspection Log can be found at www headrushtech com SerialNo ees Date Manufactured Inspection Description Comments Procedure Point po Dismount the unit refer to Installation fo fp o Inspect Nozzle Assembly for Excessive wear to slot Splitting cracking and deformation around slot and mounting flanges Correct fitment in housing With Nozzle assembly removed pull out the webbing the complete webbing line including approx 100 mm 4 in of the drum lead Place a suitable pin through the loop in the drum lead above the joining link to prevent it retracting back into the unit Inspect the complete webbing line for Damage to stitching Cut wear and fraying Discoloration and contamination Any other signs of damage Inspect the webbing joining shackle Ensuring that e The shackle pin is secure and straight do not attempt to tighten NOTE The shackle pin is secured with thread locking compound and any attempt to turn will compromise its security The shackle is undamaged and in the correct orientation The webbing around the link is n2. ot worn or damaged Remove the pin and allow the upper line to slowly retract into the casing Inspecting the webbing as it retracts Make sure not to introduce a twist in the webbing as it is retracting DO NOT USE THE DEVICE IF IT SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE WEAR OR INCORRECT OPERATION If any signs of damage wear or incorrect function exist remove the device from duty and contact an authorized service center for servicing options Six Month Inspection Log v 2
