1. RECORD MESSAGE is shown in the LCD display Press and hold the OK DIAL button Start your message directly after the BEEP tone and VOICE icon is flashing While recording keep at a distance of 15cm from the telephone so that you speak easily into the microphone on the upper side Release OK DIAL button after you have finished your emergency message The message will now be played back automatically TO CHECK THE EMERGENCY MESSAGE You can check the emergency message at any time Press and release the MENU button until the CHECK MESSAGE is shown The press OK DIAL button to play back the message TO DELETE YOUR OWN EMERGENCY MESSAGE AND REVERT TO THE PRE RECORDED MESSAGE If you have recorded your own message you can delete this and by doing so revert to the pre recording message Note As stated above it is important to record a personalized message Press and release the MENU button until the CHECK MESSAGE is shown Then press the OK DIAL button to play back the message During the playback press DEL button Your own message will be deleted and you will be using the pre recorded greeting TO ACTIVATE THE EMERGENCY HELP SYSTEM Press and hold the SOS button on the telephone for 3 seconds then the telephone local alarm will sound for 15 seconds The telephone will then dial out the entered emergency help system numbers automatically in speakerphone mode OR Using the w

Plug one end of coiled cord to the jack of handset and the other end to the jack of the base set Plug one end of flat cord to line jack of the phone and the other end to the wall jack Open the battery compartment cover install 4pcs AA batteries or Connect the 9V adapter to the DC jack of the unit Note 1 Adapter and batteries are not included for the unit 2 When inserting or replacing batteries pick up the handset first then replace the batteries otherwise all settings and memory will be lost HANGING THE PHONE ON THE WALL Drill two holes vertically one above the other 83mm apart and leave the screws protruding from the wall by 5mm 1 Press and lift out the handset holder Rotate 180 and snap it into place so it will hold the handset in place when the phone is mounted on the wall 2 Insert the mounting bracket s two tabs into the matching slots opposite the keyhole slot on the underside phone s base Then press down and slide the bracket upward until the tab snap into place 3 Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack at the back of the base 4 Plug the cord s other end into the wall plate jack then align the base s keyhole slots with the screws and slide the phone downward to secure it DESCRIPTION OF DISPLAY A 3 line LCD displaying upper line displays the basic information middle line displays the number of in coming call and bottom line displays the name of caller NEW

A CALL BY USING PENDANT When there is an incoming call pick the handset or press SPEAKER to receive the call You may also use pendant to pick the call When there is an incoming call just press red button of the pendant and the telephone will be put in speakerphone operation After finishing the conversation press and hold the red button of the pendant for a few seconds to terminate the call and the telephone will be returned to on hook state REVIEWING THE CALLER ID LIST Press UP or DOWN to review the incoming calls at most 60 calls ERASING DATA FROM THE CALLER ID LIST Press UP or DOWN to select the wanted number press DEL and the LCD will display DELETE then press DEL for 2 seconds to confirm If press DEL firmly until the LCD will display DELETE ALL press DEL again for 2 seconds and the entire Caller ID list will be erased CALLING BACK A NUMBER FROM THE CALLER ID LIST Under on hook state Press UP or DOWN to select the desired caller id record If the record is less than 10 digits press OK DIAL once pick up the handset and the displaying number will be dialed out automatically If the record is 10 digits and the first 3 digits of the record is the same as set area code press OK DIAL the three digits area code will be erased and it will display 7 digits number only The LCD will display PICK UP OR ADJ Press OK DIAL again to return back to 10 digits with add
